Evaluate the effectiveness of the Australian government’s programs incentivizing the purchase of Zero Emission Vehicles and installation of solar energy-based products using relevant statistics and economic concepts.

Assignments should be individually written pieces of work strictly less than 2000 words in length (excluding references) and should include a word count as well as a bibliography.

Topic:

The Australian government has various programs to incentivize the purchase of Zero Emission Vehicles (ZEVs) or installing various solar energy-based products. Research and critically evaluate these programs/schemes using relevant statistics and economic concepts covered in the course. Comment on the Public Policy implications based on your findings.

Instructions:

Economic Theories:

We have covered a lot of economic models and theories already like:

Demand and Supply and their determinants,
Equilibrium, Efficiency, and Free Market Forces
Types of elasticities,
Externalities,
Market Failures,
Government intervention via Tax and Subsidies, Ceilings and Flooring, etc..
Market structures ( Week – 5 to be covered)
You may choose a few of them to evaluate the given scenario. It does not have to be Demand and Supply strictly! It seems a few of you are forcibly leaning towards that and struggling.

Data:

It does not have to be data that allows forming Demand and Supply graphs. Any data that supports your arguments from an authentic source fits the criteria. Just writing your surmises does not cut through the deal. You must be able to back it up and reason it out with some evidence. You may compare across states, and across countries to build justifications. That is comparative statistics.

ABS website (and other government websites), Bloomberg and Thomson Reuters databases (ask Library for the databases), IBIS World, Academic Journals (Google scholar), and Industry publications like Deloitte Access Economics, and Trading Economics are some sources where you will be able to find some relevant data and understand how to evaluate government policies from an economics framework. Researching in the right direction is the key. It comes eventually after a few attempts as you keep building pointers from your initial searches.

Graphs:

Graphs do not have to be strictly based on data that you have collected. To explain your arguments you may select the graphs from the textbook to suit your theories and justifications.

Structure:

You can provide an Introduction and then a Background about the issue at hand and the industry.

In the main body, identify the core economic models and theories applicable to the given scenario(s). Discuss your views, justifications, merits/demerits, etc that you perceive as per your understanding of economics principles followed by a conclusion overall. Do read the Rubrics and try and structure your report accordingly.

Flexibility:

The underlying economic issues for the given options (Solar and ZEVs) are similar and the intention was to evaluate the underlying economic theories collectively with some references to these industries. However, it seems the focus has somehow shifted more toward the industries themselves. My initial concern was you may run out of arguments. On reflection, if that is a better use of your time, I am comfortable with you choosing only one of them for the analysis. Likewise, may choose between federal/state government as well. If you choose two, must ensure that you bring in variation in your models/theories else, you are just repeating the same analysis.

Research Tips:

Use real-world Australian data
Seek data and descriptive information from official or other authoritative sources (primary source materials).
Draw on the literature using authoritative academic journals and industry publications in addition to newspaper articles (secondary source materials – Google Scholar).
Use Harvard Referencing Style

Overview:
The objective of this assignment is for you to develop your grasp of economic concepts and your ability to apply them to business situations in order to gain insight into policies.

Assessment Criteria
In particular, the assignment will ask you to demonstrate your ability to:

identify phenomena suitable for economic analysis
conduct independent research about such phenomena and the applicable economic theory
build and employ appropriate economic models and theories to represent and examine these
perform correct analysis of the models and make correct inferences from their analysis
use the analysis to generate relevant and appropriate policy or practical insight
present written economic ideas and analyses effectively
Grades will be awarded on the basis of these criteria.

Structure
The structure of the assignment will vary from person to person. In this style of academic assignment writing it is common to subdivide your text and number the sections consecutively. The typical sections you may wish to include are a short introduction, an outline of the main theoretical concepts, their application to your chosen case and a conclusion about the major policy insights from your analysis. In a short assignment such as this, you will not be expected to use executive summaries or appendices.

Word Limit
Please be aware that the word limit of 2000 words includes everything but the title page, bibliography, and numbers in tables. Please do not use tables to circumvent the word limit by putting explanations or points inside them. Provide a word count as generated by your word processor. Overshooting may make you lose credit in order to create a level playing field for all course participants.

Rubrics General Overview
While the more specific rubric is outlined below, a general outline of how to interpret your final grade is (note this is a guide only and will be tailored according to the assessment structure)

Fail (NN): The submitted/presented work does not meet the criteria set for the set tasks

Pass (PA) 50-59%: The submitted/presented work meets the criteria provided for the set tasks. This includes clear evidence of wide reading and comprehension of substantive issues.

Credit (CR) 60-69%: In addition to satisfying the conditions for a pass, the submitted/presented work shows evidence of the sensitivity to and understanding of the relevant theoretical ideas and a thorough appreciation of how to interpret statistical findings.

Distinction (DI) 70-79%: In addition to satisfying the conditions for credit, the submitted/presented work shows a perceptive analysis of relevant findings beyond that covered in the class and the ability to consider the wider implications of findings. The submitted/presented work presents a convincing and logically constructed argument that is cogent and coherent.

High Distinction (HD) 80%: In addition to satisfying the conditions for a distinction, the submitted/ presented work shows evidence of high-order critical analysis and as well as thorough attention to preparation, and presentation.

Referencing guidelines
In general, it is expected that you conduct research for this assignment beyond the lecture notes and course text. Reference all sources that you use. How many and what kind of resources you reference will differ from one person to the next? Of course, more effort and deeper research will attract greater credit. In determining grades we account for how much effort can be reasonably expected to be invested in your work for this course (see course detail information).

Use Harvard referencing style for this assessment.

Augmented and Virtual Reality in Education

I need the following corrections:
your assig does not include any immersive tech, which you have developed.
The current assig is not a theoretical one.
On the contrary, It was asking YOU to DEVELOP and deliver a prototype intervention that includes an operating product that embodies immersive technologies.

Therefore, YOU SHOULD DEVELOP YOUR OWN PROJECT.
So given the current status of the assig, where this critical part is missing, your assig is partially out of scope. ( αυτό είναι το σχόλιο του καθηγητή)

People Should go to College to succeed in Life

The Topics is People Should go to College To succeed in life

Your task here is to present a proposal for a topic with some potential resources you will draw upon. Upload a Word document with the proposal and bibliography here.

The proposal should be about a paragraph or two (about 100-400 words) that covers what you want to be advocating for, an argument justifying why you picked this topic, and potential advantages that you would write about in the final paper.

The bibliography portion should have at least 3 scholarly sources listed with MLA citation (peer-reviewed academic journal articles and/or books) that you are planning to use in developing your advocacy.

For each source, provide a quotation (preferably a sentence or two long) that can function as a warrant/topos that you could use for constructing an argument for your advocacy, and explain in a sentence or two how you might use the quotation to build your argument(s) in the final paper.

Monster culture

these are the essential question
what do monsters and how we determine what is monstrous teach us about human nature?
How do individuals define the monster and how does this reflect the fears of society?
how can fear control you?
how do dire situation cause people to act out of character?

Use the appropriate APA or Turabian heading. Be sure to use this section to orient your reader and grab their interest. Why does this topic matter? What interesting background information can you share?

The topic I would like to discuss for my research paper assignment is Crisis Intervention with Survivors of Military Sexual Trauma.

For this Research Paper Assignment, you will write a literature review research paper based on
Crisis Intervention with Survivors of Military Sexual Trauma. Your Research Paper Assignment should focus on mental health, first responders, and crisis work in the specific area of your approved topic and your identified
population of interest. Since this is a course about first responders and crisis intervention, avoid
discussing topics such as psychotherapy/counseling, medicine, law, economics and so forth.
Make sure to avoid personal experience and opinions, as this is strictly a literature review paper
with Scriptural integration.

INSTRUCTIONS
Your Research Paper Assignment must include the following:
 12-15 pages, not including the cover page, abstract, or reference pages. Any submissions
less than 12 pages will be heavily penalized and prorated.
 A minimum of 15 scholarly sources (journals, books, government/educational websites)
are required. At least 10 of your sources must be published within the last 5 years and all
of them should be within 10 years unless one source is truly considered a “classic work”
in the field and is used for historical context.
 Current APA or Turabian formatting standards. Key formatting requirements include but
are not limited to cover page, headers, Level 1 and 2 headings, citations, and references.
 Abstract (be sure you know the difference in content/format between an abstract and an
introduction).

Body of the Research Paper Assignment:

o Introduction – Use the appropriate APA or Turabian heading. Be sure to use this
section to orient your reader and grab their interest. Why does this topic matter?
What interesting background information can you share?

o Mental Health Dynamics/Symptoms – Describe mental health
symptoms/relationship dynamics common in your population-of-interest. How
can new crisis interventionists identify this population? What type of mental
health issues typically arise? What type of relationship issues typically occur?
o Best Practices in Crisis Intervention – How you can best help this population
using best practices in crisis intervention? (HINT: Focus only on acute care,
immediate, urgent, crisis intervention instead of psychotherapy/counseling, etc.)
o Spiritual Applications/Interventions – What does Scripture say about your topic
area? Biblical application is required at least once in the paper using specific
Scripture.
o Cultural Considerations – What cultural concerns/considerations must we attend
to when working with this population?

o Conclusion – Discuss the key themes and findings that you discovered.

 Ideas for Future Research – NOTE: ***The conclusion of a literature
review paper must include at least a paragraph on “ideas for future
research.” After reading the literature on your topic, what seems to be
missing? What should future researchers focus on?
o Current APA or Turabian formatted references page.

Be sure to review the Research Paper Grading Rubric before beginning this Research Paper
Assignment.o Conclusion – Discuss the key themes and findings that you discovered.

Objective:  This project involves identifying the key cyber threats that target
the general population, things like privacy, internet scams, identity
theft, etc. Once the threats are known, it should be further
analyzed to identify the root causes, e.g., phishing, social media
account duplication by malicious actors to target your friends, etc.
These root causes should be the primary focus of your ‘awareness
efforts’. However, it should not only focus on creating awareness,
but educating, whether it’s a poster that has a QR code that links
to easy understandable how-to’s, etc. let your creativity steer the
project output. Objective:  This project involves identifying the key cyber threats that target

Collaborative Timeline for the Week of April 3: Westward Expansion and Manifest Destiny

12. Manifest Destiny

Every week, you will post to our class collaborative timeline. Be sure to read the instructions below before posting. You can also watch Video: How to Set Up and Use Sutori for a step-by-step walkthrough.
When you are ready, here is a direct link to our collaborative timeline.Links to an external site.
What Is the Collaborative Timeline?
This is a study tool which this class will build collaboratively. We will be using a website called Sutori.to create a timeline of U.S. history, and to share your perspectives on it. Each week, you will choose one item to add to this timeline.
How Do I Sign Up for Sutori?
See Video: How to Set Up and Use Sutori for instructions.
What Should I Post on the Timeline?
You will post one item to the timeline each week. Here are the guidelines:
Each week, you must post at least one item on our collaborative timeline.
You may not post an item that someone else has already been posted by a another student. So post early!
What can you post? Anything interesting from this week’s reading or videos that you think we all should remember. Items might include:
A quotation that you liked
A fact, date or event from this week’s readings that you think is important
Some information about an important person from this period
A trend or set of ideas from this period that you find interesting.
Your entry should be 3-4 sentences long. Post your item, and explain a bit about why it is important.
How do you post?
Again, be sure to view the tutorial.
To post, find the header for this week’s chapter. Below it is a blue line. If you mouse over that blue line, a plus sign will appear. Click it to add your content.
I’ve put a sample entry on the timeline to show you the correct format. Your item should include: Your content, your name, and the source from which you got the information.
You can also comment on other students’ posts, if you like.
Always remember to put your name on your posts. I will not retroactively award credit if you forget to write your name on your post.
If you have any questions, please let me know.

My identified one key health care issues of concern in a specific global North country is as follows:
Heart disease in the UK
I need 800-word report plan / outline towards Summative Assessment (by Thursday 30th March at
10am UK time)
Please use guidelines below
Choose a global health case-study of interest to you from a key global health and / or healthcare issues.
You should be able to choose a relevant global health and / or healthcare isuse / topic with good presence and presentation in the global health literature.
It could be a local health and healthcare issue or something from abroad that clearly has a global context.
Make sure your chosen issue / topic qualifies the three crucial considerations for a health issue to be ‘global’:
a) “it is framed with a global perspective,
b) intends to address an issue with global impact, and
c) seeks global solutions to an issue, such as frameworks, strategies, policies, laws, and regulations” (Chen at el, 2020, p1).
3) Develop and write down a working title for your chosen case-study.
4) Then, in not more than 800 words develop the first plan / outline of your assessment work that will include:
a) justifying why the chosen health issue fits into a global health case-study;
b) briefly outlining / listing the key issue/s and the influencing factors involved as discussed in the literature; and
c) identifying and listing the key actors / stakeholders involved.
5) Provide a list of suitable resources and references that you have used and will use later to develop the work .
you should do a go search of relevant resources to use to develop your work and be as scholarly / academic as much as possible.
