What would it be like to travel in that land at that time?

Write a travelogue project paper. Imagine life in San Francisco in 1966. Pretend you are traveling there during that time period. What would it be like to travel in that land at that time? Write words detailing your “experiences traveling through time” to your location. Focus on the relationship between Religion, society, and the life people lived. How was the environment? What did people do? Were they poor or wealthy in that area? How was the population? What kind of area? Use MLA citations wherever you incorporate your research. Save the paper as a .docx or .pdf file. Finally, write a separate reflection paper of 250 words reflecting on what you learned. What was your scenario? Tell us the time and place you traveled to ( San Francisco, CA 1966). What was the most interesting thing you learned on your imaginary “travels” to another place and time? How did that society influence their religion and vice versa? Give at least one example that you learned of the way religion mirrors social beliefs and practices. Then, give at least one example of how religious beliefs influenced social rules or behaviors. In this reflection, you’re writing in your present day voice. Now that you’ve returned from your trip, what did you learn? Save reflection as a .docx or .pdf as well.
