Emphasizing the importance of the organization’s values and clarifying my own values so that the teams realize the values are the same (Kouzes and Posner, 2017, Marshall and Broome, 2021). Visionary leaders always look towards the future for challenges, opportunities, and being accountable. Vision is created by the desire to improve. How can I do this better? (2007) recommend developing a hiring protocol that includes getting the most qualified workers and merging them into the work culture using competency training to focus on the organization’s goals. I will always look for a better method to do something more efficiently. Reflecting on the past, what worked and what did not work. Reflection allows us not to keep repeating the things that do not work. Once you have discovered any weaknesses, the leader must make a plan of action to correct the weakness by implementing a change.
