Multi-attribute utility

Write a paper in response to using a more advanced technique, such as multiattribute utility theory to help choose a “good” solution, rather than the “best” solution, subject to the constraints on the problem.
We have demonstrated that the choice of analysis technique must be governed by the goals of the investigation, so that we can support or refute the hypothesis are testing.

Pay for Performance: The Impact of Cost and Quality due to Financial Incentives in Medicare

It is a thesis. It needs to have 25 Peer Reviewed sources at least 25 pages. The theme of the paper is Healthcare and public policy.

I have attached two sample papers with the exact formatting and sections that I need for the paper.

The main sections of the paper should include Table of Contents, Signature Page, Abstract, Introduction, Background, Methodology, Literature Review, Findings and Analysis, Policy Impications, Policy Barriers to Implmentation, Conclusion and References

My thesis question is “The question is if or can pay-for-performance be effective in healthcare at increasing quality, efficiency and improving patient care.”

I want the focus of my paper to be on Hospital Value-Based Purchasing program which is a type of Pay-for-Performance

This is the introduction I wrote please incorporate this in the paper.

Pay-for-performance is a paragliding
concept for programs targeted at enhancing health care quality, reliability and
perceived benefits. These provisions offer financial incentives for hospitals,
doctors, and other health care professionals to adopt such reforms and achieve
better results for patients. Policymakers and private and public payers,
including Medicare and Medicaid, have made pay-for-performance common. The
Affordable Care Act specifically extends the use of pay-for-performance
programs in Medicare and promotes the expansion of pay-for-performance programs.
The question is if or can pay-for-performance be effective in healthcare at increasing
quality, efficiency and improving patient care.

Describe anything special about the quality of melody, rhythm, and accompaniment or background.

Here are the two Dallas Symphony videos for your Concert Report.
You must watch and review BOTH and compare them.
William Grant Still’s Poem for Orchestra

J.S. Bach Double Concerto, comprised of three movements https://player.vimeo.com/video/483150245
1. Vivace in D minor
2. Largo ma non tanto in F major
3. Allegro
The report should detail your impression of the music performed, the performing organization, and your reaction to the overall experience. Do not copy information directly from the program notes…use your own words.
Be sure to make note of the arrangement of instruments on the stage, mood, tempo, and time signature and how you liked each movement (as best you can)
William Grant Still was an African American 20th Century composer and J.S. Bach being a German Baroque (18th Century) composer. How is that reflected in their works?
Your paper should include the information listed below with your name, class title, day, time, and section number identified at the top.
Name the performing organization, date of the concert, and the name of the conductor. Mention composer and title of the compositions you heard performed.
Tell about the composers: Name, dates, style, and a few historic facts about each one.
Say something descriptive about each composition on the program. Go into detail describing at least one or two of them: Describe anything special about the quality of melody, rhythm, and accompaniment or background.
Include a description of the instrumentation.
Were there outstanding soloists in any of the compositions?
Include observations on volume, tempo and texture.
How do the elements change to create different moods? What emotion was communicated by the music?
What did you think of the conductor?
End your review with a description of what you enjoyed the most about the experience? The least? Was the audience enthusiastic about the performance or just luke-warm? Did you feel you were dressed correctly to “fit in” with the audience? How did this performance differ from a popular music concert?
