Based on the premises that your theoretical framework or perspective explain regarding the type of disaster or mass violence event selected, please describe the level of social work practice you recommend for assisting the vulnerable population you selected before, during, and/or after the disaster or mass violence event.

-Detail your likely operational emergency medical response, homeland security response, and recovery outcomes.
-Choose a terrorist organization to use for your scenario. Describe the terrorist organization most likely responsible for the WMD incident at your chosen location. Discuss background information about the organization. Describe how the organization likely acquired the materials to create the WMD.
