Assignment Purpose and Overview: Students will watch a film and analyze the use of interpersonal concepts, models and theories that take place in the film. This paper is a culminating experience to assess your knowledge of interpersonal communication that was learned during this course. You will select a film and write a paper using the instructions below.
Instructions: Students will write an APA paper that is at least five pages conducting an interpersonal communication behavior analysis of a film. They will choose the film of their choice. The film must be approved by the professor in the Critical Assignment Plan assignment submitted in week five.
Once viewed, you will conduct a film analysis* and present the findings to the class in the form of a paper. You will apply what youve learned throughout the course. That means terminology and concepts learned throughout the course must be provided. Analyze the behaviors of the characters, as they relate to interpersonal communication, as well as provide suggestions for improvement. A successful film analysis will include a minimum of 3 terms/concepts/theories from the text with page citations.
*Because movies are often long, you can pick main themes throughout the movie to analyze. In addition, you should discuss both effective and non-effective communication in the film and offer recommendations for improvement based on what youve learned.
Follow the specific instructions below.
1. Introduction: Introduce the interpersonal communication concepts that you will observe. Describe the film selected and include a clear thesis statement. The introduction should accomplish four things; 1. Explain the purpose of your paper. 2. Introduce the interpersonal concepts you will observe when viewing the film. 3. State the film you selected to view and why. Make a clear case as to why this film is an excellent example of interpersonal communication concepts to observe and analyze. 4. Present a well-developed thesis statement.
2. Film Summary: Provide a summary of the film. Tell the reader everything they need to know about the film. Summarize the plot, major events and nature of the story.

4. Discussion: Provide your academic opinion of the use of interpersonal communication in the film. Case Memo

I need someone to help me rewrite and finish this assignment
Turnitin
This assignment will be submitted to Turnitin.
Instructions
Read the case called A Cry for Help found on pages 84-85 in your textbook. You will then analyze the case independently and recommend a particular course of action specific to the case. Your analysis will be in the form of a written recommendation memo to the hospitals chief operating officer, and is not to exceed two single-spaced pages. The memo must address:
The problem as you see it
A recommended solution or solutions
Support for your perspective
Use your knowledge of the material covered in the course thus far to create an original analysis and recommendation. Many cases have multiple issues, so select one you feel is the most pressing problem. Assume your reader (your hypothetical manager) will use your memo as a decision support tool when making difficult decisions. State the key problems presented in the case and briefly explain the context in which the decisions must be made. Describe your proposed solutions to the problem, and indicate which one you believe is the best course of action. Support your recommendation with specific reasons. Identify the next steps if your proposed solution is adopted, and outline a Plan B in case your proposed solution fails. Show how secondary evidence informed your understanding of the case and your recommendations.
Use this structure:
Open with a one-paragraph summary labeled Executive Summary. What is the context, key issue, and your recommendation?
Background. Why are we facing these issues? Identify the root causes.
What are your specific Recommendations? Include your rationale and alternatives.
Next Steps. How should your recommendations be implemented? What are the priorities, timeline, and required resources?
You have only two pages to get your message across. Use a simple and direct style, putting your recommendation in the first paragraph as a way to create a hook encouraging your manager to continue reading. Use one-inch margins and Times New Roman 12-point font.
