Organizational Learning & Innovation

Write a paper analyzing and reviewing an organization’s team learning and how it impacts growth and innovation.

The paper is to be clear and concise and students will lose points for improper grammar, punctuation and misspelling.
Your paper should use the Paper Template Download Paper TemplatePreview the document, formatted per current APA and 3-5 pages in length, excluding the title, abstract and references page. Incorporate a minimum of 5 current (published within last five years) scholarly journal articles or primary legal sources (statutes, court opinions) within your work.

Legal and Ethical

What is the issue?I topic –
A patient has laser hair removal treatment with a clinician. The clinician does not finish the paperwork, including not documenting the progression in laser parameter settings throughout the treatment. The patient calls a couple of days later stating that they have a few small blisters and brown crusting across the area, and they are extremely dissatisfied. The clinician looks at her notes and realises she doesn’t know what went wrong as the parameters are not documented properly and there are no notes regarding the patient’s experience that can be used to ascertain what went wrong.
I need a conclusion and presentation key word
Instruction Extra Note ( So the video is just pretty much reenacting the scenario, and then reenacting the correct way they should of gone about completing the documentation after the laser treatment. So for the intro I would say to just introduce our scenario and that it goes against legal and ethical guidelines, it should only be short so by the time you talk about or scenario it should be plenty. Then for the conclusion you could just explain how the correct documentation of the laser settings throughout each treatment would of avoided the incorrect setting used that resulted in the blistering, this would of also abounded any legal and ethical implications)

Reflection on any theories and concepts leadership, conflicts, diversity, team culture and team evaluation

There is an individual component to this process where you will be required to reflect on the
course overall; the various group assignments, activities and presentations that have taken
place during the semester. Ensure you provide an indication of the impact that it has had on
you as an individual but also on the group dynamics in general. The reflection should also
connect your observations to any theories and concepts that have been discussed or covered
in the course, such as: leadership, conflicts, diversity, team culture and team evaluation etc.

Activity four – Walk a Mile in My elderly shoes

After reading Chapter Nine of your book, you should be able to engage in the following activity.

Students often have difficulty understanding or appreciating the sensory losses that sometimes accompany aging. Herbert Shore (1976), who designed a training program to help people who work with the elderly better understand sensory losses, suggests several simple and effective simulations, some of which can be experienced in class, and some of which might best be done out of class.

Hearing. According to Shore, hearing loss is one of the most problematic sensory impairments for the elderly because the lack of clarity and understanding can lead to suspiciousness and paranoia.

Activity:

I want you to find a couple of cotton balls, or wadded up tissue, and stuff in your ears. You should still be able to hear, if not, take some mass away. I want your hearing impaired.

Then, attend a non-learning environment event, such as church or Sunday school and try and understand the words being said. You could also listen to a YouTube video or lecture. Choose something that will not affect others in a negative way.

DO NOT DRIVE WITH THE COTTON OR TISSUE IN YOUR EARS!!!

Write a couple paragraphs about your experience, and if you can relate to an elderly person. What were the difficulties? What were the negatives? What were the positives?

I expect paragraphs to be 5-6 sentences in length. I expect sentences to be informational and deal with the subject matter. Think before you write.

Thomas C Foster inclusion of Shirley Jacksons Writing

Directions: Use the PIPPS process below to answer one of the following questions:

Argue that Thomas C. Foster should include The Lottery By Shirley Jackson in one of his chapters from his seminal book How to Read Literature Like a Professor. Citing evidence from his book and the text of your choice, explain why he should include it in this chapter. In the same breath of using evidence, your chapter should make liberal use of any vocabulary and ideas from this class. For example, if your one text was The Truman Show, I would imagine your essay would liberally and accurately use terms from the Hero’s Journey model or Plato’s “Allegory of the Cave.”

Why American pop music should be more prominent in secondary music pedagogy

Please write a strong, argumentative thesis about the topic, but feel free to expand our focus in as writing or sources dictate. This paper is about music education, which does have very little research about it already, but good topic might have enough to work with. Use databases like Grove Music Online, RILM Music Encyclopedia, and Oxford Dictionary of Music to get started. Of course, if you need any musical analysis or anything else, let me know and I will do everything I can. Thank you for what you do!

Happiness and Human Excellence

Happiness and Human Excellence
Aristotle states that human excellence (arete) consists in living virtously. And, for Aristotle, to live virtuously is to exercise reason, and act in the right way, at the right time, for the right time. Additionally, for Aristotle, virtue consists in the mean, which is between excess and deficiency. Finally, to be virtuous, we must take pleasure in the right things, and be pained by the appropriate things. To better demonstrate his theory, Aristotle provides discussions of 11 cardinal virtues.
Using these main components of Aristotle’s theory, discuss what you think are the top three virtues for us to live excellent lives in our contemporary times.
You must include the following:
1. Explanation of the roles of pleasure and reason in Aristotle’s virtue ethics.
2. Explanations of what these three virtues are.
3. Examples–using contemporary situations–of what each virtue looks like in action, and why that particular example is an example of the mean.
4. Explanations of what Aristotle means by “mean,” “excess,” and “deficiency.”
5. Citations and quotations. You must cite in parentheses, in the text, using line numbers or page numbers, but not both. For example: Aristotle is clear that the branch of philosophy dealing with virtue ethics is not restricted to theory, but rests on practice (Aristotle, Nicomachean Ethics, 1104a). Or, I could cite this as (Aristotle, Nicomachean Ethics, 24).

learning journal unit 1

Part 1:
LEARN FROM YOUR MISTAKES! This holds true not only in real life but also at the initial stages in programming, so you’ll be surprised to see that we’ll be asking you to make mistakes here.
In Chapter 1, section 1.9 Exercises of your textbook, Exercise 1.1 recommends that you try to make mistakes when experimenting with a new programming feature.
This kind of experiment helps you remember what you read; it also helps when you are programming because you get to know what the error messages mean. It is better to make mistakes now, on purpose, rather than later, accidentally. (Downey, 2015, 7)
For this Learning Journal, first, answer the following questions based on Exercise 1.1. To help you answer the questions, run sample code to produce output for each question. Copy and paste both the code and the output using a Word (or Word-compatible) document. No screenshots, please.
If you are trying to print a string, what happens if you leave out one of the quotation marks or both and why?
You can use a minus sign to make a negative number like -2. What happens for each of the following and why?
>>> 2++2
>>> 2–2
>>> 2+-2
>>> 2-+2
In math notation, leading zeros are OK, as in 02. What happens if you try this in Python? Why?
What happens if you have two values with no operator and a space between them? Why?
Part 2:
Describe at least three additional Python experiments you tried while learning Python language in Chapter 1. In the same Word document used in Part 1, add the following:
include Python code and screenshots of your output.
explain what you learned from the results of each experiment.
The code and its output must be explained technically. The explanation can be provided before or after the code, or in the form of comments within the code. For code modification type of questions, always mention or clearly highlight the part which is modified, along with the reason stated, as a code comment. The descriptive part of your response must be at least 200 words.
If you use an informational source, be sure to identify the source and share the link to the source you used.

Effects of stress on adolescents

The final step in completing the project is to develop and present an oral presentation of your research. Students must create an 8 to 10-minute video presentation that addresses the capstone project development and research conclusion. The video must include visual aids (i.e.: charts, PowerPoint, etc.) and audio sound. The student must be present in the video. ( will need Speaker notes
The video should cover the following topics:
Introduce the issue
Describe the solution
Identify scholarly research to support the solution
All videos will be posted to the course discussion forum for classmates to view and comment.
Be sure to include the appropriate key terms, concepts, and policies in your answer.
