Discuss in the context of an example, though be careful not to disclose identifiable information.

The analysis focus is on primary muscles of the dominant leg movements for each joint in the lower-limb and trunk.
Chapter 12 in the Floyd text discusses analysis of movements and the breakdown of phases for various exercises and sport skills.
