To prepare for your assignment, read the following:

Scenario:
You are an ethics consultant and just landed a consulting project for an organization. Your client has hired you to design a plan with recommendations to create an ethical corporate culture. For the purpose of this assignment, you can “work” with a company you’re interested in or familiar with. For instance, you can select the company you’re currently working at, a company you admire, or a company that you think could benefit from an ethical corporate culture makeover.
There are many practical applications of ethics and ways to foster an ethical culture. You have encountered several strategies found in the ebooks used in this course.
Follow these steps to complete the assignment. For all of these steps, make sure you provide examples and information from credible sources to support your writing and claims.
Step 1: Analyze the components that make up an ethical corporate culture.
Describe the components that constitute a company’s corporate culture:
What are the company’s values?
What are the company’s ideals?
What are the company’s assumptions?
Explains how all of these components work together to create a company’s ethical corporate culture.
Step 2: Design a plan for creating an ethical corporate culture.
Explain how you will go about designing a plan to help your client create an ethical corporate culture.
Analyze the organization’s current corporate climate including its ethical culture.
Describe the ethical behaviors demonstrated in this organization, such as their business practices. Also, include how people or the general public perceive the ethics of this organization based on the current corporate climate and business practices.
Explain how you will know if people are adopting the new ethical corporate culture. For example, if you created an educational program, you might track the number of people who complete the program.
Step 3: Recommend learning strategies to foster ethical corporate culture.
Recommend 3–4 learning strategies for your selected organization that will foster ethical corporate culture, including how you will employ them to sensitize employees to ethical issues.
Explain why your recommendations are appropriate and will provide the desired outcomes. Be sure to connect your rationale to the analysis of the organization’s current climate and ethical culture.
Select three learning strategies that can be used to help support employees and explain why these are the appropriate strategies.

Your submission should meet the following requirements:
Written communication: Write in complete sentences free from errors that detract from the overall message. Communicates in an exemplary and professional manner through clear, concise, well-organized, and grammatically correct writing.

Write a paper consisting of a minimum of 750 words to explain the three types of business ownership and the differences between these. Be sure to do the following:

Explain the differences between a service company, merchandising company, and manufacturing company.
Provide examples of these three types of companies and why each would be considered a service, merchandising, or manufacturing company.
Explain the basics of the accounting assumptions and principles.

This paper should be formatted professionally and use correct grammar. Be sure to use APA in-text citations and references to give credit to sources. The paper must have two references. You can use your book as one reference and any search engine or library database to locate additional sources of information. Wikipedia is not a credible website and may not be used.

Instruction of this assignment:
In your ePortfolio introduction, you make a case for all of the skills you’ve gained in 139W as outlined in the syllabus. If you follow the claim-evidence-warrant paragraph structure, you’ll be on a good track for your intro essay (review AGWR and/or lectures if this doesn’t sound familiar).

You should also build an argument (claim-evidence-warrant) for how you feel you have grown in being able to address our courses readings, and our guiding course questions.

In Module 7, you submitted a workplace proposal that was based on your research paper from Module 6. Let’s assume that the person to whom you submitted your proposal now wants you to prepare a presentation for the company executives or board of directors. In this activity, you will be using the content from your research essay and your proposal to develop a presentation with both oral and visual elements.
If your proposal was intended to be submitted in an organization or company that doesn’t have executives or a board of directors, that’s fine. You’ll want to deliver your presentation to whomever the equivalent people are in the target organization.
Offer Your Initial Thoughts
As you make initial decisions about your presentation, consider the following questions:
To whom are you presenting your research and proposal? What do you know about them?
What key points does the audience need to see and hear to decide on the issue?
Given that narration is required, what format would be best for this audience and your purpose for presenting? Why?
What is the main idea you want to convey in the presentation? How will you introduce it?
What are the main points you want to include? How will you present them (for example, you might address one main point per slide in a PowerPoint with supporting points bulleted)
What supporting points will you include for each main point?
What sources will you cite and where?
How and where in the presentation will you use visual elements to engage your audience?
How and where in the presentation will you use an audio element?
After you’ve answered these questions, the next step is to choose a presentation method. You can use PowerPoint if you would like, but you are not restricted to that tool. If you think your audience would benefit from another presentation method, such as a narrated infographic or video, that is acceptable. Don’t be afraid to get creative with this project! If you are uncertain as to the best approach for your purpose and audience, reach out to your instructor for help.
The final draft of your presentation will be seven to 10 minutes long and must include the following, irrespective of the presentation method you choose:
a title
an agenda or content overview
content that clearly articulates the problem, the solution, and any other pertinent information, including support from scholarly secondary sources, all of which will be drawn from your research essay and proposal
a summary at the end that includes the call to action upon which you want your audience to act
documentation of source material with in-text citations where needed and a corresponding references slide
appropriate visual elements (at least three), along with appropriate color, font, and background choices
narration throughout the presentation
Your draft presentation must include your narration.

Unlike
many other papers, you may use outside sources for research in this assignment.
However, please select your materials
judiciously: online sites such as SparkNotes, CliffNotes, Wikipedia,
Gradesaver, PinkMonkey, etc. should be avoided—they are not going
to give you the kind of useful information that more reputable sources such as
books, articles, and scholarly websites (look for .edu or maybe .org extensions
on website addresses) will.

As always, your paper must include a complete bibliography (of all your sources) to be complete.”

Of the two plays emphasis should be placed toward Sovereignty as the more important text. As far as the content in the essay itself please focus on the idea of Sovereignty and different definitions / interpretations of (Ex: Domestic Sovereignty & Popular Sovereignty) as a strong / major comparing point between these two texts (IE: In Pass Over, Moses and Kitch seek individual Sovereignty from white supremacy and priviledged denial to govern their own lives much like the Tribal Sovereignty sought by 19th century Native Americans signing the Treaty of New Echota, like John Ridge of the Cherokee Nation in Mary Kathryn Nagle’s Sovereignty.) Although please do not feel limited by this idea of Sovereignty and feel free to explore the texts as needed.

Part One
Complete the attached “Article Comparison Table” to compare the two articles in terms of content, research methods, focus of the study, target audiences and subjects, and their possible impacts on the future of health care delivery.
Part Two
Write an analysis that includes the following:
Summary of the topic you chose with rationale. (This may have personal significance to you or it may be a topic of particular interest that you have seen in the news.)
Explanation of the significance of the two research studies to health care delivery in the United States.
