Research Paper Requirements
Each student will write a 5-6 page Research paper (Title and reference pages are NOT included in the required number of pages), using 12 point Times New Roman Font.

The paper is to be submitted for grading by Day 3 (Wednesday) of Week 7.

No more than 10% of the paper’s content should be quoted information.
Each student is to select one country of interest, other than the USA for the Research Paper. The name of the country is to be submitted via the Week 3 Forum 1 – Country Selection link for approval by Friday of Week 3. I will respond there as to whether the country selection is approved. Be sure to choose a country, not ethnic group or continent.
For the global culture, the student is to describe the following: (See grading rubric for more detail.)

Factors that may impact the health of the country’s’ people (environmental, political, economic, chronic illness and contributing factors, etc.)
Health care system (include factors such as funding, structure, accessibility to the people, etc.
Common cultural values, beliefs, and practices of the dominant culture within the country.
How the healthcare administrator might facilitate the provision of a culturally competent environment of care if a patient of the selected country’s dominant culture needed to receive care in a U.S. healthcare facility.

At least five (5) scholarly references are required.
