What other 2 techniques could be used for securing the cloud, and why would these techniques be useful?

You have learned about techniques used in security and for securing cloud computing. In this assignment, take the position of being in a meeting with the executives of your selected company, chosen in Week 1. The executives are looking for more information regarding security techniques for the cloud because they have heard rumors that current techniques are not adequate enough. Help educate them on the techniques.
For this Discussion Board, answer the following questions:
What techniques are recommended for securing cloud computing?
Do you agree with these recommended techniques? Why or why not?
What other 2 techniques could be used for securing the cloud, and why would these techniques be useful?

Describe what you learned about the complex “interplay” of personal and societal factors leading up to incidents of workplace massacres, starting with the earliest post office massacre in 1986.

The film “Murder by Proxy” is a documentary that examines the phenomenon of mass violence in the workplace,
which became known in the United States as “going postal.” It explores the basic question of what brings a seemingly “normal” person to the point of committing mass murder.

Please write an essay answering the following prompt:
Describe what you learned about the complex “interplay” of personal and societal factors leading up to incidents of workplace massacres, starting with the earliest post office massacre in 1986. Utilize the questions established by Borum et al. (1999) to guide your discussion.

The following are ten questions established by Borum et al. (1999) as the basic units of analysis for threat assessments inquiries:
What motivated the subject to make the statements, or take the action, that caused him/her to come to attention?
What has the subject communicated to anyone concerning his/her intentions?
Has the subject shown an interest in targeted violence, perpetrators of targeted violence, weapons, extremist groups, or murder?
Has the subject engaged in attack-related behavior, including any menacing, harassing, and/or stalking-type behavior?
Does the subject have a history of mental illness involving command hallucinations, delusional ideas, feelings of persecution, etc. with indications that the subject has acted on those beliefs?
How organized is the subject? Is he/she capable of developing and carry out a plan?
Has the subject experienced a recent loss and or loss of status, and has thus led to feelings of desperation and despair?
What is the subject saying and is it consistent with his/her actions?
Is there concern among those that know the subject that he/she might take action based on inappropriate ideas?
Make sure that you have an introductory paragraph and a conclusion to “wrap up” the essay.

Develop a Strategic D & I Program to Increase Organizational Diversity Awareness

Develope a comprehensive strategic D&I program for an organization
of your choice. Make sure you can gather a great deal of information
from your selected organization. The aim of this plan is to increase
diversity awareness and to practice it across the organization.
This assignment will be written in the form of a report and shared with executive leadership.
The elements of this report should include:
A brief overview of the organization, its mission, vision, and values.
A brief discussion on why D&I is important for this organization.
A discussion of the diversity dimensions and their characteristics for this organization.
A discussion of the benefits, costs, and ROI for implementing a D&I initiative for this organization.
A step-by-step plan on how D&I will be implemented. In this
plan, be sure to use diversity councils and ERG groups. Also, discuss
how data will be collected and how the success of the D&I initiative
will be measured.
A discussion of the training that will be needed for senior leaders to execute D&I initiatives.
A discussion about the policies that will drive your D&I efforts, and how they will be reevaluated over time.
Support your assignment with at least seven scholarly or professional
resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate
scholarly resources, including seminal articles, may be included.
Length: 12-15 pages, not including title and reference pages
Your assignment should demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the
ideas and concepts presented in the course by providing new thoughts and
insights relating directly to this topic. Your response should
reflect scholarly writing and current APA standards

INFO:
Policies and Procedures to Advance D&I Initiatives
Human Resources also plays a pivotal role to ensure that each policy
and procedure that is developed and implemented apply equitably and
fairly across all dimensions of diversity (i.e., race, gender, culture,
religion, ethnicity), and across all functions (i.e., finance,
manufacturing, IT) and all locations, which may have highly diverse
cultures within those locations.
Furthermore, policies may include suppliers and other collaborating
individuals and organizations, in which the implications for these
relationships must be considered. One thing to note is that
implementation is not always identical across all locations, functions,
or dimensions. Therefore, there should be flexibility in the design of
policy to accommodate the unique local needs of each situation
(Buengeler, Leroy, & Stobbelier).
To add, the implementation of policy can be somewhat challenging and complex. For example:
Remaining aware that the cultural assumptions of an organization may not be universally shared by other cultures.
Translating diversity objectives and policies into applicable local languages.
Ensuring that the diversity policy is not founded on unvalidated cultural assumptions made by an organization.
Recognizing that a “one size fits all” approach concerning diversity
policy will not work across all countries. This is due to the
uniqueness of each country in its local laws, customs, culture, and
traditions.
Recognizing that an organization’s diversity policy will need to be
continually reevaluated and updated to meet the diverse needs of that
organization at any given time.
In summary, when implementing D&I policies for a diverse
organization, it is important to ensure that the details of the
implementation are thoroughly considered and followed up on.

Write a review paper on the Strategic Marketing Rework.

Write a review paper on the Strategic Marketing Rework.

With reference to relevant
theory from the lectures, workshops and associated readings for this course,
including the journal articles you have been specifically asked to read for
this task, complete ALL of the following tasks.

i)
Apply the Hierarchy
of Needs model (Maslow, 1954) to critically reflect upon the needs that
motivated you to pursue an MBA at AFG/University of Aberdeen, and in what ways
these are similar or different to the needs identified by Dailey, Anderson,
Ingenito, Duffy, Krimm, and Thomson (2006;
see essential reading list below for a link to this paper).

ii)
Apply the Theory of
Consumption Values (Sheth et al., 1991) to critically reflect upon the
types of value that you are seeking to gain from pursuing your MBA course at
AFG/University of Aberdeen, and whether you think these are similar or different
to other students on your course.

iii)
What are the main sources
of direct, indirect and replacement competition for
AFG/University of Aberdeen when seeking to attract MBA students in Qatar? (e.g.
you might think about which other institutions you considered when choosing
your MBA course, and whether there were other ways you could have fulfilled the
needs and types of value you identified in parts i) and ii) of this task)

iv)
Critically consider how
AFG/University of Aberdeen is positioned in comparison to the competitors you
have identified by addressing the following questions/tasks:

a. To what extent, and in what way is AFG/Aberdeen differentiated from its
main competitors in the MBA market in Qatar? (e.g. you might think about the
ways, if any, that AFG/University of Aberdeen offer benefits and value to MBA
students that its competitors do not).
b. Identify TWO criteria that were important to you when you chose between
the option you took (i.e. to pursue an MBA at AFG/University of Aberdeen) and
the alternative competitor options you have identified above. Use these two
criteria to construct the axes for a perceptual map. Plot all
these options (i.e. MBA at AFG/University of Aberdeen and all competitor
options) on this perceptual map to show how you think about them in relation to
each other.

v)
Apply either the Anatomy
of the Brand model (Jobber, 2001) OR the Brand Prism model
(Kapferer, 1994) to identify and explain the image that you currently
hold of the AFG/Brand, and then address the following questions:

a. Does the brand image you have described give AFG/University of Aberdeen
a distinct, meaningful and sustainable competitive advantage over its main
competitors in the MBA market? Justify your answer.
b. In what ways would you recommend AFG/University could better formulate
and communicate its brand identity to enhance its brand positioning compared to
its main competitors? In answering this question, you must make
reference to the model you used to critically reflect on your current image of
the brand (i.e. Anatomy of the Brand or Brand Prism).

What was your starting point for learning the very basic facts of the crime?

Please follow as detailed:
Section 1: Draft of topic selection (title page, introduction, research methods, and application of traditional models of justice)
Title page: Three items only on this page: Title of paper, your name, your institutional affiliation. They should be double-spaced, centered horizontally, and centered vertically within the top half of the page.
Introduction: You will present an in-depth analysis of the crime, by telling the story of who did what to whom, how, when and where, why, and the reactions to the crime by the victim(s)/survivor(s), the offender, and the community (the impact or aftermath of the crime). Include a purpose statement: Explain what you want the reader to learn or what you hope to accomplish in writing this paper.
Research methods: You will then explain the methods and resources that you have used or are planning to use for conducting your research. Here are some questions that you need to address: How do you plan to research the crime (not the theoretical models)? What was your starting point for learning the very basic facts of the crime? How did you obtain further information? State the search engines you used, the databases you searched (give website addresses), and the keywords you used to find additional information on the crime. Example of resources; scholarly sources, peer-reviewed articles only, government reports, highly credible website sources…etc
Application of traditional (retributive & utilitarian) models of justice: You will then give the reader a basic introduction to the traditional theories of justice. Explain the common/traditional response by these models to the conflict, evaluate these approaches, and raise critical questions about common practice and their limitations citing five scholarly sources on the topic. Cite any sources of information you drew on when discussing these concepts.
Also please look at rubric in attached file. Any article used as a source has to be PEER REVIEWED.

Develop critical thinking in an area of addiction and social justice issues.

Develop critical thinking in an area of addiction and social justice issues. Social justice issues have many faces and affect groups in different ways. In general, a social justice issue is about inequality: economic, racial, political, gender, health access, power, etc.

For this assignment, the CRITICAL ANALYISIS paper will focus on substance use/addiction and the inequality of treatment based on race and economical standing (low income communites).

I have attached an article which can be used as reference in writing this paper. Other reference can be used as long as it is in relation to the given topic.
