Reconstruct the Four Dimensions of Diversity

You will reconstruct the four dimensions of diversity. Discuss each
dimension, and then choose two to three characteristics of that
dimension and offer an analysis of the considerations for those
characteristics.
For example, in discussing the internal dimension, you choose the
characteristic of the age. There are several considerations regarding
age, particularly among multi-generational workers:
Preferences in modes and frequency of feedback.
Attitudes toward technology and its use in communication (i.e., social media).
Motivation tends to differ for a person depending on where they are
in their career (e.g., at the beginning of their career and looking to
move up the corporate ladder, or nearing retirement).
This assignment will require you to think outside of the box and
consider aspects of diversity that you may not have considered before.
Support your assignment with at least three scholarly or professional
resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate
scholarly resources, including seminal articles, may be included.

Length: 3-5 pages, not including title and reference pages
References: Include a minimum of 3 scholarly resources.
Your assignment should demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the
ideas and concepts presented in the course by providing new thoughts and
insights relating directly to this topic. Your response should
reflect scholarly writing and current APA standards

Info:
The Four Dimensions of Diversity
Last week, you received a very broad overview of diversity and
inclusion. You examined the various ever-growing list of identity groups
that make up a diverse workforce. You also explored the definition of
diversity and divided it further to a more conceptual definition (e.g.,
the diversity of thought and the sum total of individuals or groups
unique characteristics). However, the challenge that many organizations
face in implementing diversity and inclusion initiatives is that each
unique group identified, has its own needs, interests, and preferences.
Hence, discovering a way to classify these groups and their needs can be
very useful.

A quick glance at the four layers of diversity reveals that an
attempt to “treat all employees equally” is not enough. Each dimension
possesses its own unique set of issues, potential conflicts, and
problems—each of which may require a unique set of solutions, changes in
programs, policies, and physical infrastructure. Also, the different
dimensions influence one another, so the methods that organizations use
to attend to each dimension must be multidimensional.
Be sure to review this week’s resources carefully. You are expected
to apply the information from these resources when you prepare your
assignments.

CONTEMPORARY CULTURE MAJOR PAPER: ANNOTATED BIBLIOGRAPHY ASSIGNMENT

Contemporary
Culture Major Paper: Annotated Bibliography Assignment
Write an Annotated
Bibliography as a step toward your Contemporary Culture Major Paper. This will
help you see how each of your sources relates to your overall research. The
annotation should describe what the source is about and how it will contribute to the
thesis for the paper. Having an idea of why you are using each source will help
you stay on track while researching. If you cannot come up with a good reason
to use a source, you will know now that you should set it aside. It helps you
avoid wasting time on sources that don’t help you much.

Your Bibliography must
contain a title page and at least fifteen scholarly sources in addition to the
course readings in current Turabian format. You must begin with an
introductory paragraph of at least 75 words explaining the intended focus of
the paper. The paragraph must include an anticipated thesis statement
(understanding that the statement may be modified as you research). Following
that paragraph, provide a bibliography of at least fifteen related works.
All
sources must be scholarly. Most non-scholarly sources fall into one of the
following categories:
·
Periodicals–These
are intended for a lay audience, not a scholarly audience, and are also known
as magazines. The are not intended for
serious scholarly work.
·
Certain
Websites–Many websites are not research-based and are, therefore, not
scholarly. Be cautious when using web-based sources. Consider whether the site
is aimed at scholars or at the broader public. (For example, the Pluralism
Project website of Harvard University would be used in a paper on whether
salvation is found in other religions. The RZIM website would not be. (He was a
scholar but his writing was intended for a broad public).
Use
the Jerry Falwell Library instead of relying on an Internet search engine, but
limit use of journals to five or less.
At
least seven sources must be scholarly books and no more than five may be
scholarly journal articles. (This allows for up to three serious, scholarly
websites, but even so, books are much better. For each source, provide the reference/citation
in current Turabian format, followed by 50–75 words that serve to summarize the
source and what it will accomplish in your paper. Consider the following
questions as you summarize your sources:
·
What
are the main arguments?
·
What
is the point of the book or article?
·
How
will it most likely figure into your research?
·
If
someone asked what this article/book is about, what would you say in one
sentence?

Note: Your assignment will be checked for
originality via Turnitin.

See the APA manual for details regarding proper citation. See resources under Course Resources, “Guidelines for Writing Professional Papers” for further clarification.

Marketing Milestone

See rubric attached file name “MKT 315 Milestone Three Guidelines and Rubric” I am also including milestone 1 and 2 since this is a continuation of the project for tend coffee

Explain your answer in an essay of about 150 words.

Suppose that Bob says:
Sarah is so arrogant. She’s entitled to her opinions, of course. I don’t mind her saying that landlords have an ancient right to prevent walkers’ access to their property. That’s her opinion. But she has to say it’s true. I hate that. She always thinks she’s right. She always thinks her opinion is the truth.

Does Bob have a point, or is he confused? Explain your answer in an essay of about 150 words.

Behavior-Change Plan with ABA

For the paper i uploded
Consider narrowing the scope of your project, only insofar as social skills is a rather complex repertoire. One may consider targeting specific skills when developing a behavior change plan. State your objective precisely using the format that we covered in our course. Make sure to clarify the criteria that would suggest that the goal has been met. In addition or in place of the ABC sheet, you may consider tracking data on a dimension that may be directly related to your goals (e.g., frequency, as you intend to increase social skills).

Defend a continual learning approach for the organization that creates an organization development value cycle whereby the outcome of the interventions becomes the input for a new cycle

This course has a major assignment that will be due in Week 5. It will take more than a week’s effort to adequately complete it. Plan time to start the research and other work for the assignments earlier than the week in which it is due.
Because this is the Week 5 portion of the course project, it is considered a major assignment worth a substantial amount of points. As part of your review of the assignment instructions, review the expanded grading rubric available as a link at the bottom of the basic rubric below.
An important part of the OD process is assessing the effectiveness of interventions and learning from the OD process to create a continual learning cycle.
Using the organization you selected for your course project, prepare a report for the executive leadership team of that organization by addressing the following items:
Summarize key details of the OD project so far in your work (this section should be no more than 1–2 paragraphs in your paper):
What is the organization?
What are the problems?
What are the proposed solutions?
Justify an evaluation plan to determine the effectiveness of your interventions:
Who do you need to ask?
How will you ask?
What will you ask?
What do you need to measure?
How will you collect the necessary information and analyze it?
Defend a continual learning approach for the organization that creates an organization development value cycle whereby the outcome of the interventions becomes the input for a new cycle:
What are the potential benefits to the organization of a learning cycle approach to OD?
What are the potential challenges the organization might face by using a learning cycle approach?
Justify a change leadership plan for the organization that will help them embed the new practices or enhancements into the organization:
What change leadership model should they consider?
How should they address resistance to change?
Summarize the top three best practices the organization should adopt that emerge from the entire OD course project.
Assess your own learning from the project:
What are your key takeaways?
In what areas do you need further development?
