“To eat or not to eat?”… this is a questin many people ask themselves daily in order to meet their dieting goals. Consumption of food itself is no the problem, its the comsumption of foods produced for bulk instead of produced for quality. Massive companies greedy for money ignore inhuman and non nutricious practices in order to make a noticeable profit. This mass production may be monitarily benefitial, but when looking at it from a human health standpoint its does nothing, but the opposite.
