Credibility of sources: Why should we believe the source you quoted? In part, an essay is only as good as the sources cited. This means no Wikipedia as or its variations as a cited source.
Provide a list of Works Cited (MLA form 8th edition) of all works referenced.
In addition to the fulfilling the criteria listed above, you will also be evaluated on the following:
A clear introduction: The introduction provides necessary background for what is to come. Keep in mind this is what your reader sees first. Attempt to make a good impression.
A clear thesis that provides a map for the rest of the essay: The thesis should be the last sentence in the first paragraph.
Ingenuity in analyzing your chosen myth. This is really key. Be creative.
Directive focus for each paragraph that proves the idea established in the thesis. Make sure you do not drift off topic.
Ample textual evidence and quoted material. This means you need to quote portions of the text to support your reading.
Insightful interpretative statements that comment on the textual evidence: A good interpretative analysis balances ample textual evidence with interpretative comment.
Integration of primary and secondary sources: Sources are well integrated into the essay and properly cited.
Organization: Avoid block quotations—they take up space. Also, avoid short paragraphing—this creates choppiness: For example, three sentences are not enough to demonstrate an idea.
Logic of argument: The interpretation makes sense and reflects what the text says and does. Your interpretation should not be your fantasy of what you would like the text to be.
Mechanics: The essay uses proper grammar and punctuation. Note that short stories and poems require quotation marks, and longer works, such as novels, plays, and films, require italics.
Clarity: Avoid wordiness.

This personal reflection and position paper consists of four parts and should be a total 12-14 pages in length and have at least 6-8 sources in the bibliography. Properly cited WWW references are acceptable and encouraged. Citations should also be properly referenced throughout the paper. As you write your paper, draw from your experiences. The purpose of the term paper is to help you integrate the central ethical concepts of the course with both your personal and professional experiences.
Part I
The ethical decision making process: Describe your ethical decision making process? How would you address ethical issues that you are likely to encounter as a helping professional? What issues will influence your ability to help/counsel in an effective and ethical manner? Chapters 1 and 2 of the textbook and the professional codes are primary sources for this section.
Part II
An analysis of your personal values: What are your core values? How will these values help/hinder you as a helping professional? Because of your core values, what clients would you have difficulty helping? How will your values affect your working with clients from other cultures? Chapter 3 of the textbook is primary source.
Part III
Boundary issues in the helping professions: Chapter 7 of the textbook and the professional codes are a primary source for this section. Address multiple relationships and multiple responsibilities. When dealing with clients, what are some of the boundary issues that you might struggle with? How might you resolve these issues? What are some of the boundary concerns in such areas as training, education, supervision, and multicultural issues?
Part IV
Give your reactions to the professional codes, portions of which have been presented in the textbook chapters and in the online lectures. What are some of the strengths and limitations of such codes? Are there any areas in which you strongly agree/disagree with the professional codes (too strict, too lenient, just right)? Is there a professional code that you prefer over the others? For example, the NOHS (2015) professional code is specifically for helpers in human services; strengths/limitations?

Write a detailed case analysis of a firm of your own choosing( Office depot Corporation) . Make sure to select a firm that we did not cover as a case study during the course, and one that you did not analyze as part of your group project submission.
Identify what the firm is doing to strategically address responsible business issues and how these efforts do (or do not) fit with the firm’s overall strategy, business model and organizational structure.
