Explain what reliability is and whether this test is reliable based on the information in Table 11.1 (“Sample Test Statistics”). What evidence supports your answer?

Data from assessments can be used to determine if learners are meeting course outcomes or learning objectives. Assessments can be utilized in many ways, such as learner practice, learner self-assessment, determining readiness, determining grades, etc. The purpose of this assignment is to analyze sample test statistics to determine if learning has taken place.
To address the questions below in this essay assignment, you will need to use the information from your textbook chapter readings and the data provided in Table 11.1 (“Sample Test Statistics”) in Chapter 11 of The Nurse Educator’s Guide to Assessing Learning Outcomes.
In a 1,000-1,250-word essay, respond to the following questions:
Explain what reliability is and whether this test is reliable based on the information in Table 11.1 (“Sample Test Statistics”). What evidence supports your answer?
What is the range for this sample? What information does the range provide and why is it important?
What is the difference between standard deviation and standard error of measurement? How would the instructor use this information?
Explain the process of analyzing individual items once an instructor has analyzed basic concepts of measurement. Consider the three Ds (difficulty, discrimination, and distractors) in your response.
If one of the questions on the exam had a p value of 0.100, would it be a best practice to eliminate the item? Justify your answer.
If one of the questions on the exam has a negative PBI for the correct option and one or more of the distractors have a positive PBI, what information does this give the instructor? How would you recommend that the instructor adjust this item?
You are required to cite two or three sources to complete this assignment. Sources must be published within the last 5 years and appropriate for the assignment criteria and nursing content.
Prepare this assignment according to the guidelines found in the APA Style Guide, located in the Student Success Center.
This assignment uses a rubric. Please review the rubric prior to beginning the assignment to become familiar with the expectations for successful completion.

Did you make any assumptions that turned out to be incorrect?

During the first half of the course, we surveyed the history of philosophy to study moral theories that answer normative questions about right and wrong, and found utilitarian, deontological, and other families of answers. In the second half of the course, we applied that theoretical foundation to contemporary problems in the world, such as capital punishment, world hunger, and animal rights. And of course during the entire thing, you worked to improve your peers’ understanding of these topics, and had your own writing peer reviewed. I hope that your understanding of these foundational normative answers, as well as your thinking about these contemporary topics, and grown and deepened. Your ePortfolio project in this course gives you the opportunity to reflect on your thinking as it may have evolved, deepened, or changed, during the time that you worked in the course, culminating in your final essay project. In this space, compose a short reflective essay in which you consider the development of your thinking with regards to your chosen project. Don’t forget to remind us of your topic and/or thesis. You might try to include some of the following thoughts or ideas in your post. In the course:
What surprised you in your research?
Did you make any assumptions that turned out to be incorrect?
Did you assume something that another student didn’t understand?
Did you overlook something, but then another student or instructor pointed it out to you? Was it helpful in your project?
What class materials, tools, techniques, checklists, or vocabulary can you bring to bear in your project?
Does your work in this class or on this project motivate you to do additional research or writing on this topic? If so, how, and in what area?
Try to reply reflectively to the post of one or two classmates, perhaps reminding him/her of additional ways that their thinking developed, or of additional class materials that are useful to describe their project development, which he/she then may use to answer the above questions.
This discussion is ungraded, but is a required portion of your final ePortfolio project. For that reason, you should try to have it completed by Friday of this week.

I did the topic on healthcare. My thesis is that healthcare, universally, should be affordable and accessible to everyone, to maximize happiness for all, as it is their right to have. What surprised me while doing the research for this topic is the amount of people are uninsured in America and the death rate that we have compared to other countries, considering that we have all the technology we need in order to help everyone. I didn’t exactly make any assumptions because we already read the chapter and learned on it. But i did think maybe other countries would have spent more money in healthcare compared to the old data in the book but the change wasn’t drastic and America still is the most expensive. I could include charts and graphs on the healthcare data of each developed country compared to America‘s so people can better understand the advantages and disadvantages of the healthcare system in each country.

Clearly explain the situation that you model as a strategic game.

Choose a situation (or possibly multiple situations) from real-life or fiction and model the situation as a strategic game. You could choose a situation from a historical event, from a current event, or from a situation in your life. Alternatively, you could choose an event from fiction, such as from a movie, television show, or book. You should include the following:
1. Clearly explain the situation that you model as a strategic game.
2. Model the situation with a strategic game (or several strategic games). You may want to use sequential games or simultaneous games (or a combination of both).
3. Analyze the strategic game, i.e., find equilibria. (What is the appropriate equilibrium concept for this game? How do you find it? What are the outcome and the payoffs of the players?)
4. How does your analysis compare with what actually happened? (If the equilibrium you found in part 3 different than what actually happened, then you may want to go back to step 2 and create additional models.

Write a paper on Social Determinants of Health social Determinants of Health Flash Presentation

Write a paper on Social Determinants of Health social Determinants of Health Flash Presentation Step 1 Choose a social determinant of health from the list below and explain why it’s important to address this SDOH in the US’s response to COVID-19. You can choose from the following:
• Racism
• Anti-immigrant sentiment/fear of deportation
• Violence against Women and Girls
• Social Support Research your topic
-including the social determinant of health, your target population, and health outcomes of COVID-19- and create a PowerPoint for your social media followers explaining how your SDOH impacts/is impacted by COVID-19 and how to address the SDOH as part of the US’s COVID-19 response.
Your presentation should be about 5-6 slides. they should cover:
• Attention Getter. Grab the audience’s attention with an interesting story, news headline, etc. Do not start with “Hi, I am xx and this is what I am talking about today” because that is not an attention-getter. Do the attention-getter first to draw in your audience, then introduce yourself and tell them what you will talk about.
• What? What is the definition of your social determinant of health? (for instance, if your SDOH is racism, what is the definition of racism?). This definition should come from our lessons, i.e. do not use a dictionary! To receive full points, you must integrate what we learned in class.
• How many? What is the prevalence of your social determinant of health in your population? Is it increasing/decreasing? Who is most impacted?
• How many? What are the statistics on the health outcome (COVID-19) in your population? How does this compare to the United States as a whole?
• How? How does your SDOH impact COVID-19, either in terms of being able to social distance, getting tested, or outcomes such as death or complications? Discuss two pathways.
• Action Steps. What are two solutions you recommend to address the social determinant to
improve the COVID-19 response? (Note: the solutions should focus on the program or policy. They should not be focused on “raising awareness” or health education alone.)
• Says who? Make sure you include references that are in AMA format

Now that you’ve read about both Northern and Southern society prior to the Civil War, what are the main differences (economic sytstems, treatment of women, religious experimentation, views on the worth of people meaning the mentality of the planter v. the abolitionist) and what makes them so significant so as to eventually cause a Civil War?

Answer Each Question in 300-500 words each — summarize content, examine evidence, analyze and suggest interpretations
Read the Abolitionist tract by David Walker “An Appeal to the Coloured Citizens” and explain how his argument fits with your texts information about abolitionism right before the Civil War (particularly with John Brown).
Besides being an anti-slavery movement, how does abolitionism enhance a fundamentally different value system in the North than is evident in the South – also think of this question in terms of the Woman’s rights movement begun in Northern states after 1848. How does the document “Declaration of Sentiments show a clear divide between North and South.
