If you choose to treat the topic as a dilemma, you should have a fifty-fifty-distribution. If you proceed as a judge, you do not have to have an equal distribution. If you proceed as a judge, you do not have to have an equal distribution but you do have to make some mentioning of opposing views, objections, or criticisms. In either case, you should signal your preference- for a purely comparative method or for a mixed method that contains prescriptions**

I intend to contrast the arguments in the context of one important legal case (Roe v Wade).
