Implemented: On presentation day, patients at the ALF along with their family members were educated on the signs and symptoms among the elderly in ALF’s, also they were educated on fun activities to keep themselves entertained as well as simple excercises they can perform even if they happen to be wheel chair bound. I also included time for Q&A’s. The presentation ended with a small and interactive workout to show them how to do these, also introduced pet therapy and the benefits of having a small mascot (in this case they had a small dog), and lastly a few minutes of music therapy to conclude.
