Requirements:
You must answer ONE of the two questions that can be found below. Your responses should focus on course materials; you should not be doing new research to answer these questions. You should not spend more than 3 or 4 hours on this test. You do not have worry about consecutive hours. You have the entire time to work or rework your answers.

Because this is a take-home and open-book exam, the TAs will be expecting more from you.
Be written and submitted in Microsoft Word. DO NOT submit it as a PDF file.

3. HINT – The key to writing a good exam is showing off what you know. Demonstrate that you know the material and can make connections across lectures, assignments, readings, and previous tests.
You are welcome to contact me with any questions you may have as you write the exam!

Integrated Marketing Plan for Pet Company: SNHU PET COMPANY
The assignment is to create an integrated marketing plan based on the “SNHU PET COMPANY”, a fake pet company created for the assignent.
I’ve attached the rubric and the case study for the SNHU PET COMPANY that the whole assignment is based on. I’ve also attached work that I’ve done leading up to this final assignment. You DO NOT have to use work that was done by me, but it may make writing a little bit easier, referencing ideas I’ve already come up with for this project and building from there.
In terms of the sources, try and use as many as possible but don’t worry if it doesn’t allow you write in good quality.
Socrates and Aristotle long written answers
I need these questions to be answered, long answer and a total of 5 pages. My prof is very particular on not having a superficial or surface level analysis. Deeply Discuss how the philosophers came to their conclusions, why they had the observations and thoughts they did- how they manifested, what others thought of their ideas, how someone compared or contrasted in a way relevant to the question. Also providing cases and examples of the behaviours, concepts or ideas in the question is needed. Will attach course content and assignment instructions. Also attaching the readings, they are not solely responsible for answers and content for this assignment
Assignment:
To setup your explanation of Socrates’ account of virtue and vice, describe how a
person who has the virtue of temperance behaves, and contrast this with how a
person who has the vice of intemperance behaves. Explain how Socrates’ “Virtue as
Knowledge” view accounts the differences between a temperate person and an
intemperate person in terms of their knowledge of good and evil. (To do this, explain
the relevance of the following for Socrates’ account: Hedonism, the power of
appearances, the art of measurement, the motivational strength of good/pleasure and
evil/pain, and knowledge as a “noble and commanding thing”.)
Explain Aristotle’sview that the virtue of temperance is a mean between the vice of deficiency, i.e., being
insensible, and the vice of excess, i.e., being intemperate/self-indulgent/spoiled.
Explain Aristotle’s distinction between someone who is temperate and someone who
is self-restrained (i.e., is continent), as well as his distinction between a person who is
intemperate and a person who lacks self-restraint (i.e., is incontinent). On Socrates’
view, a temperate person is one who has knowledge of good and evil, but on
Aristotle’s view, a temperate person has more than this. She has learned to modify the
strength of her passions in a manner that would promote her own well-being and the
good of others.
Present a case to illustrate how their views differ and based on
that case explain why you think one view is preferable to the other.
Note: We examined the following Books and Chapters from Nicomachean Ethics:

One Hundred Years of Solitude
Chapters 18 – 20
Discuss women’s sexuality in regards to this novel. How do the female characters alternatively exploit and bury their sexuality? When it comes to their happiness and their sexuality, what patterns appear? What is García Márquez saying about women’s freedoms?
please answer all prompts and only use the book as the resource
The Role of Class
For example, you might look at the corruption of power and The Threepenny Opera and The Trial; the individual against larger forces in ‘Mendel the Bibliophile,’ and The Trial; the nature of love in ‘Letter from an Unknown Woman’ and The Threepenny Opera; learning from experience vs. failing to learn from it in ‘Fantastic Night’ and The Trial, etc. Some of these responses will inevitably be compare and contrast in structure; when it comes to such essays, structure your paper in terms of ideas instead of discussing one work for half the essay and another work for the other half. As with your previous essays, you must use proper essay structure: a clear introductory paragraph that closes with a specific, strong thesis; paragraphs organized around topics that support your thesis and that are structured in a clear, logical way; a sense of transition from point to point; evidence from the text that supports your thesis and/or supporting points; and, finally, a strong conclusion.
For the essays, you should use your books, as I would like you to quote directly from the primary texts. As with previous essays, points will be gained or lost on the basis of how you use the texts to support your argument. While you do not need to make use of the kind of critical secondary material that you used for Essay 3, you can quote from the lectures as a potential secondary source. As with previous essays, points will be gained or lost on the basis of how you use the texts to support your argument. Be sure to include the bibliographic information for the texts (print or online) that you have used at the end of the exam.
Case Study Analysis: Acute Coronary Syndrome
Review the case study and perform an analysis. You will follow the example and case study to complete your analysis of the disease process. You will present your plan based on the presented case information. Each analysis must use at least 2 sources (including national guidelines) to support information.
The Case Study Analysis Assignment must be completed in Microsoft Word and conform to proper current APA format. You are required to write a minimum of 5 pages for each analysis and critique. To ensure consistency and quality of effort, reference and follow the examples provided. Typically, a well-done analysis will be 8-15 pages.
The case study outlines the only information provided to you as the clinician, from this you will be writing a case study analysis. Follow the example template in The attachments. Lists/bulleted points are sufficient in most sections rather than paragraphs. Full sentences are appropriate when discussing your rationale for assessment/evaluation of the patient and when discussing the rationale for drug therapy selection. Explore and apply the evidence-based hypertension treatment guidelines in your course readings.
Tips for Writing a Case Analysis
Review the grading rubrics before submitting assignment.
Succinctly state the pathophysiologic condition (i.e. signs and symptoms, diagnosis) that is currently under medical treatment or requires medical intervention.
Each section of the case analysis must be addressed. Don’t assume anything. If you don’t state what you are thinking, I will not be able to give you credit.
The Evaluation section is your assessment of the problem. Incorporate guidelines to discuss how the disease is diagnosed and how well controlled it is in this patient.
Provide the rationale for each of your clinical and therapeutic recommendations. It is NOT enough to simply state that you want to start or adjust Drug X and end the discussion. I want to know why you chose Drug X versus Drug Y and provide your reasons. Even if I disagree with your choices, if the provided rationale is well stated and evidence-based, you may still receive up to full credit for the specific intervention. Providing insight into your decisions may include citing specific evidenced based literature, personal experience/observation, explanation of a drug mechanism of action, side effects/tolerability, time to onset of action etc.
Create a medication monitoring grid for ALL medications in your plan that are related to the chronic disease we are discussing even if there are no implemented changes for drugs the patient was on prior to your workup. If you are suggesting a patient start/continue a medication in your plan, please include a monitoring grid for it. E = effects (how you will monitor or know the medication is working), AE = adverse effects
introduction to research methods
tested the effects of bright light on reaction time. In that study all the participants were tested under two sleep conditions; they were sleep deprived and rested. They were also tested under dim light and bright light. In other words, the study that this assignment is based on was a repeated measures design; however, it can be done as a mixed design. Participants’ reaction time was assessed using a psychomotor vigilance test under both dim and bright light following sleep deprivation and a period of regular sleep. The study you design (and hypothetically run) will also be a 2 x 2 factorial design, but you can decide if your design a mixed factorial design or a repeated measures design. If you choose a mixed design, the between factor must be the sleep condition, and the within factor would be the light intensity (you need to specify this in your assignment). The dependent variable is reaction time. Your hypothetical study will test three hypotheses: The main effect for light intensity, the main effect for sleep condition, and the interaction.
