Writing About Your Progress in Writing Reflections/Outcomes Essay.

Greetings. This week you need to write about your progress in writing. This essay will go in your Portfolio. It is a required essay for the portfolio. I want you to look at the outcomes posted below These are the outcomes we want you to meet for English 1102. In your Essay, tell what each outcome is and what kind of writing you would do to meet the outcome. Then tell what you have done so far to meet the outcome and which assignment you have completed that most shows your work on this outcome.
Use this format:
List the outcome. then write a paragraph or more about what the outcome means in terms of reading and writing in our class. Then tell how you have met that outcome. Give explanations of which assignments related to this outcome and show that you have met the outcome.
Complete this explanation for each of the outcomes. It’s really like two parts. The first one tells what the outcome means, and the second one is more personal. It tells all the ways you met the outcome. You can include what you are still working on. We have started argumentative writing, and you should have read examples of argumentative essays in Connections.
This entire essay may be several pages. Use MLA formatting. Email me if you have questions. This will be graded based on completion and thoroughness in addressing each of the outcomes. (75%). Next you will be graded based on clarity and use of good English grammar and MLA formatting in your essay. (25%).

Final Presentation
Your final presentation is a culmination of your action research and self-directed project experience. This presentation is a major requirement for this course. Remember you chose your topic area so be comfortable, confident and enthusiastic about what you are sharing with us. We are your supporters and we want to learn from you. This presentation is a celebration of what you have been able to achieve as a learner and leader!
If you cannot deliver your presentation on a timely basis due to extenuating circumstances then your faculty guide will work with you to come up with another opportunity for you to deliver your presentation to a different audience.
Here are some considerations as you plan to develop and deliver your presentation:
• Take the time to determine how you want to deliver your presentation. Although a PowerPoint is the norm, it is not the only way to present. Contact your professor directly if you have interest in using other formats.
• Outline your presentation before creating it. Talk to your TAM, other students, friends, colleagues and others to determine how best to organize your thinking and the presentation of your research, learning and change project.
• In your presentation, be sure to give some background about your project as well as why you chose to focus on the issues and/or ideas you selected.
• At a minimum tell us about your project purpose, goals, actions, results, lessons learned and next steps. Please be sure to identify your “takeaway(s)” from the project for the audience.
• You are encouraged to be creative with your presentation including incorporating an interactive component if appropriate.
• After you have submitted your presentation, your classmates, faculty and other audience members will give you feedback about your presentation (appendix B). This feedback is for your continued growth and development.

“Cost-Benefit Analysis and Optimization of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV) Usage in Military Operations”

I have to add some additional information to my CBA Proposal. See instructors guidance below:

Instructors Guidance
In a CBA, you want to list down the benefits and put the dollar impacts on each, list down the cost items and put dollars on them, and then calculate the net benefits to see if you should recommend using the unmanned vehicles or not. Put the impacts in a table. Do not put in your paper the net benefits that another analyst did (Parker, 2014). You need to calculate your NB based on the information that you have gathered.

You have listed the benefits, so that is a good start, such as increased employment for R&D and manufacturing, improved morale, etc. But you need to put dollar values on them. How much are the benefits in dollar terms? The only dollar value of benefits that I saw is the $16,000 on page 6. Where did that come from? How is that calculated?

The four Pilar:
Abstraction.
Encapsulation.
Inheritance.
Polymorphism.
