How soon would it be recommended that each of these tests be included in the patients care plan moving forward?

Among your duties this week,
you have been invited to participate in an initial team meeting with a 15-year-old male patient and his
parents. This patient is at-risk of developing autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease (ADPKD) as
his father was diagnosed recently. This patient is currently asymptomatic and reports no clinical signs of
disease. In this initial meeting the family and healthcare team will be discussing, among other things,
need for long term laboratory testing associated with the disease (for screening, monitoring and
diagnosis).
According to the consensus statement by Gimpel et al., “children with ADPKD may not require
treatment for decades [but] individuals who have disease manifestations […] will benefit from treatment
started as early as possible. […] An important dilemma in the medical care of children with ADPKD is the
balance between not medicalizing currently healthy individuals and not missing treatable disease
manifestations in those affected at an early age.”1
Using the resources provided with this assignment and those researched on your own (at least 1 and up
to 4 additional resources), develop an outline, a sort of script, for yourself in the format of your choice
where you are prepared to answer the following queries during the patient-family-team meeting:
• What laboratory tests are available for screening, diagnosis and monitoring of ADPKD?
• Which of these are most helpful in children and young adults?
• How soon would it be recommended that each of these tests be included in the patients care
plan moving forward?
• What evidence is there of the advantages or disadvantages of using one test instead of the
other? (consider that your patient’s parents are hourly workers whose jobs do not provide
health insurance. Would these tests be covered by Medicaid and if so which ones? How
expensive can it get?)
• If the patient has complications from ADPKD, what would the most common ones be and how
will the clinical laboratory help in managing these conditions?
• At least one additional question that, after reading the literature, you consider may come up in
the conversation that would be relevant to laboratory testing and its role to manage this
patient.

Apple Inc

In the research process of your Change Mangement, plan on Apple Inc, you will encounter issues in the research itself or within the organization that contradict current research or previous theories of company reorganization. You may find that historical data proved to be an advantage in the past but may not apply to the current economic environment.

Describe those discrepancies and offer your analysis of the position you have based on your collective research. Post any research issues and any related questions that have arisen from your findings.

Discussion
For this discussion, review and provide feedback on at least one classmate’s research issues or concerns. The comments should be in the form of a constructive peer review, featuring a discussion of the strengths of the explanation as well as areas that could be improved.

Review and Feedback
Remember to keep the tone of your comments positive and constructive. You are reviewing the content, not the person.

Writing Expectations
The writing should be organized according to APA format and should follow the writing process, starting with an introduction to your discussion, the topic of discussion, and supporting details that describe and define your statements.

The written work should transition from thought to thought as you work your way through to the conclusion with a statement that adds new insight
.

Analyze the benefits and drawbacks of collecting various types of data

In this project, you will demonstrate your mastery of the following competency:
Analyze the benefits and drawbacks of collecting various types of data
Scenario
You have recently applied for another position in the company you work for and have been called in for a second interview! For this round, you’ve been asked by the interview committee to present an analysis of the collected data from the research you initially reviewed, with a specific focus on data-collection types. This will be presented in a formal interview presentation.
Directions
Second Interview Presentation
You are analyzing studies related to a research topic in your field by discussing different types of data collection, their benefits and drawbacks, and how your chosen research studies utilize different collection methods. In your first project, completed in Module Four, you completed your initial analysis of the methodologies used. In your second milestone, also submitted in Module Four, you finalized your research choices by submitting two of each type of research methodology and flexing your “skilled consumer of research” skills by looking at your gathered research as a whole in order to identify patterns in data-collection types and some high-level credibility threats to the research. For this project, complete the following:
Describe the attributes of a skilled consumer of research. Include the following:
The most helpful perspectives a consumer can utilize
A description of how you know when you have enough information
A description of how you scrutinize the credibility of data
Identify multiple potential threats to the credibility of your research results for each of your selected research studies. Include the following:
A description of potential biases or perspectives that might threaten the credibility of the results
An explanation of ethical issues that might threaten the credibility of the results—consider the following:
Disclosure
Blind or double-blind studies
Cultural awareness
Humane treatment of subjects
Unethical structuring of studies (methods, selection, etc.)
Analyze the relationship of data-collection types to social science research methodologies. Include the following:
The most commonly used quantitative data-collection types in social sciences (Why are they so common?)
The least commonly used quantitative data-collection types in social sciences (Why are they not as common?)
The most commonly used qualitative data-collection types in social sciences (Why are they so common?)
The least commonly used qualitative data-collection types in social sciences (Why are they not as common?)
Explain the relevance of various data-collection types to research question(s). Include the following:
A classification of the data in each study—is it quantitative, qualitative, or mixed methodology? Be sure to include an example of each methodology.
An explanation of why this data-collection type fits well with your research question
What to Submit
To complete this project, you must submit the following:
Interview Presentation
This interview presentation, on a research topic of your choosing in your field of study, should include the information given in the directions to meet rubric requirements. Your project can be presented in a variety of formats but must include visual representation in addition to talking points. Make sure to utilize the speaker notes function in the presentation if you do not include a video or voiceover.

Write c++ program of March Madness Frenzy, use class in this program

Write c++ program by using iostream not
bits/stdc++.h
Use class in this program, create a separate function to
enter the file name and another function to display the output.
Then call both functions in “int main function”.
At the beginning of
program execution, the user enters the name of the file that
contains the data for the NCAA Tournament to be analyzed. You may
assume that the filename is correct, and that it is a csv file in
the format shown at the bottom of this page.
Display the path of
the winning team to the championship. This menu option finds the
path that the winning team took to get to the championship, and
displays the games played along the way. The games are displayed in
the order in which they are played, i.e. starting at round 1 up
until and including the final championship game. This can be done
iteratively. If you would like a challenge, can you solve this
recursively?

Best-Self Portrait

In your paper, you need to summarize your strengths (NO weakness!!!). In addition, please compare the similarity and the difference of the 4-5 responses you have received. For example, if all your respondents say that you are a good team player, that would be a similar observation from all your respondents. If your friend thinks you are caring, which is not mentioned by your boss. Instead, your boss thinks you have strong leadership skills, which is not mentioned by your friend or your family member. Then, you need analyze why my friend see my strength #1 while my coworkers see my strength #2. What factors could have made the difference? It would be better if you could cite 1 or 2 sentences from the response sheets to support the arguments in your paper.

Sample:
“I am outgoing and enthusiastic, which leads me to connect with many different kinds of people. This helps me build good collaborations, something that other people appreciate because it helps them work better with others. For example, in XXX’s feedback, s/he said……
People know that I am open to a lot of ideas and encourage them to speak their minds. By being very interested in what others have to say and positive about the contributions they make, I encourage creativity and tolerance. I am able to deal with people from many different backgrounds. For example, YYY said in his/her response that……
By recognizing the good intentions and ideas that other people have I am able to help manage conflict between people. I also build confidence in others that they have something to contribute. For example, ZZZ said that……”
