Abstract
This is the lab that helps you to get familiar with the basic functions of Ghidra
and the C program structures in disassembled code.

1 goal of the lab
The goals of this lab include:
• Getting familiar with the steps of using Ghidra to disassemble a binary
code and create analysis results.
• Observing the C program patterns in the disassembled code using
Ghidra.

2 lab instructions
The lab consists of two steps. In the first step, binary codes are created for
different C structures. For the second step, Ghidra is used to disassemble the
constructed binary code

Creating Binary Codes with Different C Structures The binary codes
created by different compilers for the same source code can be different, but
this will not affect the experiment. You can either create the binary codes
under Windows or Linux.
• Creating binary codes with the following structures:
– Nested structure using if-else;
– Loop structure using for;
– Function call structure with returned value.
• In the compiling process, disable all optimization options.

Analyzing Created Binary Codes with Ghidra.
The created binary codes in
the previous step are analyzed using Ghidra here.
• Creating a Ghidra project to hold the created binary codes.
• For each binary code, running analysis to create corresponding disassembled code.
• Exanimating the assembly code and documenting the way a C structure
is implemented in the assembly code.

LEADERSHIP INTERVIEW ASSIGNMENT

Much of the class to date has focused on measurement, but there is much more to management than just looking at the numbers. Managing a public health program also involves leadership, the ability to motivate people towards a common goal. While there are many books on leadership, much can be learned from interviewing a leader and hearing what they do to lead.

For this assignment, you are expected to conduct a 20-30 minute interview with a public health or healthcare leader. The person you select should have experience in managing a program and directing the activities of others. Your goal is to learn more about what leaders do, how they exercise leadership, and how they are successful.
Challenges they encountered and how they were overcome can also be very instructive.

Before going into the interview, you should prepare some interview questions. These questions should be based on what you want to learn so everyone may have different things they ask. The questions should serve as a guide to the interview but you should feel free to deviate from the questions to pursue interesting things that might come up during the interview.

Submit a 2-3 page write-up. This write-up should briefly describe who you interviewed, what you discussed, and what insights about leadership that you learned from the interview.
