Step 2: Research Your Intervention Idea
Social Factors: Research your chosen community’s social factors that relate to the identified health need. Some of this information can be found at City-Data.com.
Literature: Locate research literature related to your chosen community health need and suggested intervention.
State/Local Laws and Policies: Identify state and local laws and policies to support and empower the community in this endeavor.
Health Indicators: Identify quality health indicators (found on the HealthyPeople2030 website) that measure outcomes of the intervention.

Explain how the article influences your thinking about the piece of literature (about one page per article).

My professor said I delivered a good paper however you didn’t make an annotated bibliography.

Critical Annotated Bibliography (Due 4/8)
Choose one of the Stories[1], Plays, Poets or Novels that we have read / will read in this course to focus on for this project.
Research and find four scholarly aritcles (not reviews) that discuss concepts concerning the piece of literature you chose.
Use the UNCP library website – do not use google or other internet search engines.
The scholarly articles must be from peer-reviewed journals and must be from 2005 to present.
Addressing one article at a time, you will summarize what each author argues and follow this with how the article influences your thinking abou the piece of literature (about one page per article).
After summarizing and analyzing each article individually, compare and contrast their claims in a one-page response.
Total of about five full pages – one page for each article and the compare and contrast response page.

Compare and contrast the relationship between God and humans in two or more parts of Genesis. What difference do they differences make?

At this point in the semester we have read two Greek texts–The Odyssey and Antigone–and two texts from what we would now call the Middle East, Gilgamesh and Genesis. I invite you to write your first paper of the semester on an aspect of one of those texts by focusing on one of the following prompts:
What differences in gender roles do you see among the gods in The Odyssey?
Ismene and Eurydice are often doubled—that is, both played by the same actor—in performances of Antigone. What similarities in their characters does this practice foreground? What differences?
Are Gilgamesh and Enkidu in love? Formulate a response and argue for your position.
Compare and contrast the relationship between God and humans in two or more parts of Genesis. What difference do they differences make?
You may propose something else, but you should be focusing primarily on one text, and seeking to answer a specific question like the ones above. Let me know by the weekend if that’s what you’re planning on doing.
Document features: 1200–1500 words, in a 12-point font with one-inch margins, double-spaced. You should follow MLA style for quotation and citation.
