-Why this is considered a Crisis as Defined in this course:
Choice • There are not many options for the management to approach due to the seriousness of the situation.
Certainty • Decision needed to be made with limited information.
Urgency • Management personnel have to make a quick decision on the spot.
Cost • Cost isn’t the most crucial thing to save the business.
Continuity • Restaurants can be shut down for investigation.
Time • The restaurant’s reputation can be tamped, and it can’t recover from the financial loss during the crisis.
Impact • Threats to the customers and the employees. People won’t feel safe working and eating there after a shooting.
Outcome • No one can predict a shooting. When it happens, it already harms the business. The only choice is to deal with the consequences and try to survive.

How the government should assist others

The Conundrum: Due to rising college costs, student debt in the form of loans is rising annually. Lenders believe that taking out a loan is the price of attending college and, so long as the interest rates and the repayment schedule is reasonable, the loans are fair and students should be made to repay them. Opponents of student debt feel that placing an undue economic burden upon college students is harmful not only to students but to the economy in general. They believe that higher education costs should be capped by the state and students must be forgiven their debt by private institutions so that they can use their earnings to begin to enjoy their post-college lives.

The Task: Develop a claim that explains how business and government should assist college students in meeting their education costs.

The Audience: Your education professor and myself

Compare and Contrast essay between two short stories

I need a compare and contrast essay between the two short stories A&P by John Updike and Where Are You Going, Where Have You Been? by Joyce Carol Oates.

Need there to be an Introduction, three body paragraphs, and a conclusion. Please summarize Where Are You Going, Where Have You Been? by Joyce Carol Oates in the first body paragraph, and A&P by John Updike in the second. That leaves the last body paragraph to compare the narrators, povs, settings, plots, etc. of each story. I would also like this last body paragraph to disscuss how each of these stories is set in the 1960s just prior to a large anti rape and feminist moment of the 1970s. Please include that Where Are You Going, Where Have You Been? is actually based on a short story that took place in arizona in 1965. I need four sources quoted in this essay and at least one sentence from each source somewhere in the essay please. I am going to include the sources below.

1. https://www.encyclopedia.com/arts/encyclopedias-almanacs-transcriipts-and-maps/where-are-you-going-where-have-you-been#:~:text=Joyce%20Carol%20Oates%20based%20%E2%80%9CWhere,murders%20of%20several%20teenage%20girls.

In that source the true story is mentioned, I would like that included with the summarization of Where Have You Been, Where Are You Going? and tie it all back to this short story aiding to help light a fire that started the 1970s anti rape movement.

2.

3.

4.

Those last three sources just cover some basic rape facts, figures, and history that should be super easy to write into the essay.

Finally I will need all those sources together in a works cited correctly formatted in mla 8 please on a separate page.
