We will use the online tool Hypothes.is for a group discussion of Walter Rodney’s “The 1905 Riot.” Our discussion document is private.
This assignment is based on the coursework through Week 4. It requires you to discuss “The 1905 Riot” with your classmates through a threaded discussion within the document itself. You should post the following:
A minimum of five (5) original comments on Rodney’s ideas, arguments and suggestions; and
A minimum of five (5) comments replying to the postings of others in the class.
Comment on whatever interests you. If someone makes an interesting comment on one of your original comments, build on that as much as possible. There are no right or wrong comments as long as you adequately support and explain your thoughts with reference to coursework materials or other resources (use footnotes in Chicago Notes and Bibliography Style 17th edition) and engage others in meaningful discussion. Citing “The 1905 Riot” does not satisfy this requirement.

In your analysis, feel free to take
