You will write one brief reflection (1-2 pages double spaced) after listening to the episodes of your interests on a popular podcast, WorkLife, and write reflections. WorkLife is a podcast by Dr. Adam Grant, Professor at UPenn Wharton School, who studies organizational behavior. Each episode deals with one topic relevant to work life experiences, and features interviews with experts and professionals. Dr. Grant also curates various academic research studies on the given topic, and makes applications to real-world examples and scenarios. You should choose a few episodes that fits your interests and write reflections based on those topics. In the reflection, you should (a) describe research findings discussed in the podcast that was interesting to you, (b) discuss how the findings relate to at least one class concept and (c) apply it to your previous or current experience at work or imagine how it can be applied to your future work life.
