Analyze the problems facing Tufts/NEMC and the approach(es) the organization used to position itself for the necessary changes.

Complete Part 1 of an in-depth analysis of the case study “Case Study 5: Ellen Zane – Leading change at Tufts/NEMC.” Your 6-8 page analysis will focus on the problems facing Tufts/NEMC and the approach(es) the organization used to position itself for the necessary changes.
Introduction
Note: The assessments in this course build upon the work you have completed in the previous assessments. Therefore, complete the assessments in the order in which they are presented.
A clear understanding of the need for change and the nature and extent of the change is necessary to communicating and heightening awareness within the organization and gaining the support of all internal and external stakeholders. Health care leaders must demonstrate that change is necessary to ensure the future success of the organization and its mission, and must begin the change management process with an analysis of complex, dynamic processes and organizational components.
This assessment provides an opportunity for you to examine the internal and external factors driving change in an organization, how the organization responds to the need for change, and how it heightens awareness of that need.
Overview and Preparation
Note: This assessment must be completed prior to Assessments 3 and 4. Therefore, complete the assessments in this course in the order in which they are presented.
The following resource is required to complete the assessment.

Choosing a short scene from”Leaf by Niggle,” “Farmer Giles of Ham” or The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe, rewrite the events and dialogue from the perspective of a secondary character: someone who exists in the scene but is not the narrator or focalizer. You are not creating a new character, but using the perspective of someone different to tell the same events in the scene. Make sure your narrative has a focus on how the change of frame shifts the knowledge of the space, the events, magic and power.

Please stay in the voice of the original text: all three texts are in third person.

Please indicate clearly what passage you’re using by citing the page numbers in your title, and rewrite the passage in 500 – 750 words.

What type of study is used in the article (quantitative or qualitative)? Explain how you came to that conclusion.
What type of graph or table did you choose for your lab (bar graph, histogram, stem & leaf plot, etc.)? What characteristics make it this type (you should bring in material that you learned in the course)?
Describe the data displayed in your frequency distribution or graph (consider class size, class width, total frequency, list of frequencies, class consistency, explanatory variables, response variables, shapes of distributions, etc.)
Draw a conclusion about the data from the graph or frequency distribution in context of the article.

Pick one sensation and explain the process it follows from the beginning of the “sense” all the way to the perceiving of that sense in the brain.

Introduction:
The purpose of this assignment is to provide you with an appreciation of the importance of “sensation and perception” and also provide you “hands on experience” in learning all about how we sense and perceive–and their relationship to psychology.
The assignment fulfills/supports:

Step 3
In an essay, discuss each of the following questions about Sensation and Perception:
What is sensation?
What is perception?
How do these two abilities work together?
Pick one sensation and explain the process it follows from the beginning of the “sense” all the way to the perceiving of that sense in the brain. For example: Hearing would start with a sound wave entering the pinna and end at the auditory cortex of the brain resulting in the sound we hear. You would need to briefly describe each structure of the auditory system that the sound wave passes through on it’s journey, how it is ultimately made sense of in the brain (which area of the brain it is processed in and what happens there).

Community Action Plan

The community action plan needs to focus on reducing obesity in Canyon County, Idaho.

The case study, with five sections (Symptoms, Diagnosis, Cure, Timeline, and Prevention). Each section should be about a page in length. Your entire paper must be 5 pages in length not counting the title or reference pages.
In the Symptoms section, describe the public-health issue. What “symptoms” does it exhibit? Think about whom it affects, where it affects them, and how.
In the Diagnosis section, discuss the causes of the issue, and give examples of other Idaho communities that have suffered the same problem. How did those communities solve or attempt to address the issue? Add a special emphasis on the demographics of the affected population.
In the Cure section, discuss possible options for a cure for this public-health issue. How can you get rid of it, or reduce its occurrence in your community?
In the prevention section, discuss possible options for the prevention of obesity. How can you reduce the chance of people being impacted by obesity in the future?
In the Timeline section, discuss the time needed for campaigning, education, funding, building, and implementation.
Five scholarly articles are required as your sources. The paper should be based on references to scholarly materials (rather than on introductory textbooks, popular website writings, or musings, for example) and should support your claims with evidence.

Child custody (family law)

Research Proposal: Design a Hypothetical Research Study
The goal of the research proposal option is to design a hypothetical research study on a topic
related to your field study experience.
My Field placement is at a law firm where I focus on child custody within family law.
This topic should be one that addresses an important gap in
knowledge as evidenced in the academic literature.
In the first part of your paper, outline the relevant issues and their significance (why should we
care about this topic or issue?). Discuss any theories that may speak to these issues. In the second part,
review social science research on this topic and integrate findings to draw a conclusion about the “state of
the field” in this area. When you find controversy or encounter contradictory research findings, discuss
both sides and address whether one side is more persuasive than the other given the weight of the
evidence. In the final part, outline a study that you would conduct in a setting like your field placement to
address this important gap in our knowledge. State the specific aims of your study, and then apply
knowledge from past courses (i.e., research methods) to specify a research design and data collection plan
that would meet those objectives. Provide as much detail about the research plan as possible, including
any strengths and weaknesses of the study design.
I will provide you with a file that is my thesis but you should change it up because it isn’t perfect and also my annotated bibliography which is about 17 sources. You need to use 17 sources in the paper you can use those sources if you need to change it up go ahead.
