A summary of the overall training including participant responses to the questionnaire, challenges, and areas you would change in future trainings.
Description of where and when the training took place. A description of the participants, numbers, roles, reasons for participation. A description of any challenges during the training. A reflection of the overall training success.
A copy of completed social validity questionnaire(s).
