For question #3.
Write a one page description (single space) of the analysis including (a) project background (refer to our project), (b) brief explanation of costs and benefits included in the analysis; and (c) your conclusion about the project based on interpretation and criteria of decision rules using the computed BCRs, NPVs, and IRR.

For question 6: answer only this. (I already did the graphs)
(a) Find the mean and standard deviations of BCR1, BCR2, BCR3, NPV1, NPV2 and NPV3. Explain how these values change from level 1 and level 3 benefits. Which of the BCA parameter do you think had the most impact on the changes in BCR and NPV values from level 1 to 3?

(b) Draw a scatter plot Discount Rate (X-axis) and BCR3 (Y-axis). What pattern or relationship do you observe between the two variables? Explain why? Similarly, draw a scatter plot of Annual incremental Home Value (as -axis) and NPV2 (y-axis). Interpret the graph.

(c)Using the thousand observations of NPV1, NPV2 and NPV3, compute the percentile values of those variables. Draw the percentiles graphs of NPV1, NPV2 and NPV3 (with percentiles on Y-axis and all three NPVs on the same X-axis). Looking at the graph, find out at what percentile the NPV1, NPV2 and NPV3 will exceed zero. That is, what is the probability that each NPV will be above zero?
