This discussion will be look at who Global Partners in Peace and Development ministry is and the possible modes of entry into the international market.
Global Partners in Peace and Development ministry is a non- profit that looks to bring help to several countries with their resources, people, and ministries. The mission of this ministry is to provide the people of the countries they work with the resources needed to survive; as well as grow and to be able to better provide for their needs. There are five main countries this ministry works with, Jordan, Uganda, Haiti, India, and Slovakia. In these countries, the ministry works to provide clean water that helps to reduce sickness and diseases, work with the communities to provide training that equips the people with the skills to start businesses and provide for their families, provide aid for refugees, bring livestock that can help the people do daily task, and sponsor children in some countries that provide food and basic necessities.
This non-profit resembles an intermediary as it looks to “bridge the gap between those who are passionate about making a difference in the world and people in situations of great need” (Global Partners in Peace and development ministry 2022). In the case of an intermediary, it is “organizations that act as a facilitator for a potential supplier and consumer” (Satterlee, 2018, pg 201). The opportunities this non- profit provide are vital in the countries that struggle with poverty, as they look to better the interest of others “let each of you look not only to his own interests, but also to the interests of others” (ESV Phillipians 2:4, Smith 2022).

Gap Missions wants to prepare people to share the gospel to the world through evangelization, building churches, creating Bible training centers, among many other means to share the good news of Jesus to the world, especially underdeveloped nations. They are fulfilling the Great Commission in Matthew 28:19-20, “Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.” (Bible, 2007) Gap Missions has taught many nationals in their Bible and Pastoral Training Institute. This is a great school that equips natives to the Ivory Coast, among other nations, to share the gospel with their people. The emphasis is on Africa, the Middle East, South and Central Asia and anywhere the gospel and Christianity have limited access. The mode of entry used is joint venture. Gap Missions wants to work with the people of the different countries they set foot into. Gap Missions brings in the supplies and some of the leaders, while also wanting natives to come in and teach their people about the Gospel. It is a win-win for both the country and Gap Missions. Going into a foreign country to share the Gospel with people who have probably never heard an in-depth explanation of it can be scary. It is good to remember that God is with you wherever you go. Joshua 1:9 states “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be terrified; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.” (Bible, 2007)
