Boal’s theoretical paradigm

This assignment don’t have any formatting requirements, you just need to answer the four questions. Each question is around 100 words.

Here are the questions:
1. Describe Boal’s theoretical paradigm and its historical context
2. Explain some of the key questions or concerns with his paradigm
3. Describe how Boal’s work has shaped other practitioners (including any case study that interested you)
4. Discuss the strengths and weaknesses you see in this theoretical approach to applied theatre

I’ve uploaded the pdf version of boal’s work, you only need to read Chapter 5: Development of the Area Theatre of São Paulo, which is from P.136-168. The other two documents “Chapter 3” and “Chapter 5” are for question 3.

The deadline is 11:30pm today, but I prefer to get the work as early as possible, probably 8 or 9pm.
