Instructions: Brief summary of the relevant research and theory (literature review)
My research topic/hypotheses:
This study will look at gender and fat talk predicting disordered eating. We predict that participants that heavily engage in fat talk are more likely to develop an eating disorder. Specifically, we expect that women and men who score high on fat talk will report more disordered eating than those who score low on fat talk. However, we believe there will be a significantly stronger relationship for women.
