We’ve thought a bit about how the poem at the end of Charles Perrault’s Little Red Riding Hood. So, here is your challenge: break down that poem at the end and then think about how it reflects back on the story itself. How does the poem encourage us to understand the story in a particular way? Does it, for example, shut down other interpretations? Or does it have a different effect?
