Briefly describe how the intervention would be different with a different set of strategies.

Develop a hypothetical plan for addressing a social injustice that you have identified related to your population. The plan could entail the creation of new nonprofit organization, public policy reform, a community organizing campaign, an activist movement, or something else.
Your paper should be a maximum of five pages and have a minimum of six references. Include the following sections:
Overview and description
Provide an overview of the plan, highlighting any specific strategies that will be employed.
Is this a plan that employs empowerment, advocacy, or liberation?
Provide evidence (at least four references) of the potential effectiveness of these strategies, using the social work literature, especially from our course readings to support the discussion
Critique
Include a critique of your plan by discussing the strengths and weaknesses of the plan, making note of what resources would be necessary to ensure success.
Try on a new lens
Briefly describe how the intervention would be different with a different set of strategies. (Think broadly: If it’s empowerment, how would it look different as an advocacy based plan?)
Use references to back up your claims about a different set of strategies (at least two references).
