She is showing sever anxiety about moving to middle school and what to expect and how to prepare.
Also client is having a tough time trusting other.
Trusting her family is hard to do,

This is the second time student has been in counseling. First time client has been showing depressed behaviors. Not showing interest in family anymore. Anxiety started to increase over the years
