Introduction:
– In this section, you should address the issues in the case, why we are studying the case in this class, and why we needed background knowledge on international business before focusing on this case. For instance, the BRL Hardy Case (BRLH) follows the course material on the Strategy and structure issues in the internationalizing firm, including subsidiary roles and responsibilities, product launches, and global branding choices.
-In this section, you will also briefly introduce the problems that are the focus of management in the case (what markets to enter and why it’s significant to the firm’s current operations and its future.
Analysis and Evaluation Section:
– In this section, you should explore as deeply as you can each of the problems you identified in the introduction section. You should support your arguments with references to the analysis approaches discussed in class ( Hofstede’s, Inglehart’s, Schwartz’s, and Porter’s) and relevant charts, figures, and financial analyses (if any).
Recommended Alternative Section:
-You should present your rationale for your recommended choice; that is, arguments for and against your points. What is important in this section is the quality and persuasiveness of your argument.
Summary and Conclusion Section:
-You should summarize your conclusions and offer thoughts about the future of the company. For instance, state why you are recommending certain attributes in your case.

-That shows your charts and figures (if you have not already included these in your sections above) and offers a list of your references (if you have these).
