The company has been fairly isolated from skilled trades shortages, but you have heard about challenges in this sector over time. You are well aware of the age of your workforce, and want to ensure that you can recruit and select high-quality talent to work with your team as 10-15 people intend to retire over the next 2-5 years.
You decide to be proactive and explore the creation of a succession plan, and the potential sources of new employees to fill your imminent vacancies.
