We are planning to create a business related to English academy in South Korea. We are attempting to provide academic service under an approachable pricing for various students to use our service to expand their knowledges. The writer needs to do a research on Korean academies and create a strategic business plan. Following are the instructions for making a business plan.
This report (Report#1) will cover “Understanding and Envisioning phases” of the proposed social business. Make sure you address the following information:
• What is the business concept? Why is it important? What values does it bring, what pains does it remove…
• Show research and data to demonstrate why this business concept make sense.
• Is it a product business or service business? Define the product and service in some details to help the reader understand the foundation of your business concept (show picture, mockup, similar products or ideas…)
• Do a Business Model Canvas (BMC) and explain all the various elements in some details
• How will you generate revenue? How do you set the price for your product or service?
• Who is the customer? Are there different segments of customers and how do you propose to reach them?
• how would you deliver the product or service?
• What is a a good Logic Model for your Business?
• What is your startup plan? First 90 days, 6 months, one year?
Should be limited to 12 pages, double space and will have the following sections:
1. Title page with student names and name of the social business
2. Table of content
3. Executive summary – one page
4. Business concept (have sub-sections as appropriate, including BMC and Logic Model)
5. Revenue Model (have sub-sections as appropriate)
6. Bibliography
The page count only includes sections 4 and 5.
