Guidelines
The business report should be organized using APA format (7th ed.) with proper headings for each section. The report should answer the following questions at the individual, group, and organizational levels, using data from your research:

1) Introduction (1-2 paragraphs) 2) What is the nature of the problem? 3) What are the causes of the problem?

5) What is the recommendation with a timeline?
6) What is the Action Plan – What specific action steps should the organization take to solve the problem? What changes should be implemented?
7) What are the potential barriers, obstacles, and challenges to following the recommendations?
8) What are the risks, costs, and possible unintended consequences or resistance of following your recommendations?
9) Conclusion (concluding remarks)
10) References – minimum of three sources (including the textbook).
