PRAY: God, help me connect with you as I seek to know you and understand your Word.
READ: Luke 16:10. Our responsibility as a steward or manager includes being faithful in all areas – in matters both large and small.
Before we can be faithful, we must know what God wants us to do. The Bible gives instructions for living; some are direct commands, some are stories that provide examples, and some – like the Proverbs – are wise counsel for understanding principles of godly behavior.
REFLECT: Consider what it means to be faithful in matters both large and small by following these simply states principles. They have their foundation in God’s Word, as you will see in days to come.

Work hard
Give generously
Save consistently
Spend wisely
Avoid debt
Live for eternity
