Capstone Paper Draft

For this assignment, you are to submit a draft of your Capstone Paper. Your draft should be at least two pages, double-spaced, using 12-point font (Times New Roman, Calibri, or similar), and have at least two sources (ideally, one of the sources will be from your assignment in Module 5).
Your paper needs to minimally include the following:
A cover page with the proper APA formatting for a student paper in APA 7th. NOTE: You do not need an abstract or abstract page for your essay.
The Purdue OWL (online writing lab) is an excellent resource
An introduction: A good introduction performs three functions 1: Introduces your topic, broadly (potentially using some kind of statistic or source showing that it is a relevant concern in the world); 2: explains why the issue is a moral issue (using the tools of ethics, motivate your reader to see that youve identified a moral problem and that they should see it that way too); and 3: it states your thesis (a thesis statement is the statement you will spend the rest of the paper defending by the use of evidence and reason). Your thesis statement should be in boldface and should read something like this, In this essay, I will argue for a policy of cultural tolerance in medical contexts.
Great introductions also set-up a plan for the paper. Like this, In the first section of the paper, I define tolerance and review Macklins concept of tolerance. In the next section, I argue against Macklins view as too restrictive and present my own concept. I defend my concept of tolerance based on research in British hospitals. I conclude by offering some reasonable guidelines for implementing a policy of extensive tolerance.
At least three paragraphs sketching out the direction of your paper. This is a draft and the paragraphs can be sketchy, but you need to have some idea of where your argument is heading. All in-text references must be properly APA cited. Again, please see the Purdue OWL for assistance
