this assignment focuses on the strategies of selected company in a changing industry context. You are to apply the concepts and frameworks to the situation the selected company faces.
Once you have read and understood the case, prepare a justified and rationalised response to the QUESTIONS. You are to use relevant models and frameworks to evaluate the situation, issue/s and answer the questions.
1. Discuss the impact of digital transformation and OTTPs in banking industry(~ 600 words)
2. Evaluate the digital capabilities of BBVA and make necessary recommendations to Jose Olalla towards execution of the technology strategy (~400 words)
You need only to refer to the information contained within the Case and you are to demonstrate a level of critical thinking skills in relation to your evaluation and analysis of the case.
