If a debriding would happen in your workplace who would be involved, what would be discussed, who would lead the debriefing, where would it take place?
Assignment Expectations:
Length: 500 words
Structure: Include a title page and reference page in APA format. These do not count towards the minimum word count for this assignment. Your essay must include an introduction and a conclusion.
References: Use appropriate APA style in-text citations and references for all resources utilized to answer the questions. A minimum of two (2) scholarly sources are required for this assignment. Sources must be scholarly sources not greater than 5 years.

Locate a current news or magazine article that discusses a current controversy regarding a work of visual art. What is the controversy and is it warranted? Why or why not? Make sure to include an image of the work in question, a link to the article, and identifying information including artist if known, title of the work, and date of the work. Where materials are in question, include these, too. Participate throughout the week and respond to a minimum of two peers. To meet the minimum engagement requirements, please participate at the start, middle, and end of the week.

Create Your Own Greek Mythological Character
Invent a character similar to the ones we have studied in the course. Write an essay about the character you have created. Be sure to use proper and complete sentences and paragraphs while using formal English conventions when writing.
Your essay should have an introduction, a body and a conclusion. The introduction should properly introduce your character and essay. The introduction is an opportunity to “lay out” for the reader what exactly will be discussed in the essay. The body of the essay should include all relevant information about your character in a logical and coherent manner. The conclusion should adequately summarize the content of your essay and draw the essay to a close. In this way, your introduction and conclusion may be similar. Please avoid presenting new information about your character in the conclusion. To clarify, you are not telling a story in your own words about a myth, but you are to present information about a mythological character AND ALSO show how that character fits into Greek mythology. This is an essay about a character, not the telling of a myth. The questions below should help you decide what kind of information to include in the essay. When you are creating your own character, you will make up the answers to these questions. The questions listed below are guidelines only; it will not be possible to answer all of them in your essay. Try to present the information without having to ask these questions within your essay itself.
Introduction
Give a brief overview of what the body of the essay will contain. The order of information mentioned in the introduction should be the order of the information found in the body of your essay.
Please include information about your character and Greek Mythology in your introduction. Therefore, please avoid phrases such as, and similar to:
“My name is Ian and my essay will be about…”
“I decided to write my essay on…”
“I find Greek Mythology interesting, and character X really relates to my personality…”
“It has been said that…” or “It is written…”
Body
The body of the essay will contain pertinent information about your character. The questions below should help guide you in determining what type of information to include. Try and group similar pieces of information together in separate paragraphs with proper topic sentences, appropriate transition words, and sentences that end your paragraph and transition to the next paragraph, etc. For example, one good paragraph could cover all information about the character’s familial relationships, and another could be about how the character actually fits into a myth in Greek mythology. In this way, you could present your information thematically or chronologically. If you find that your paragraphs are only two or three sentences long, then you’re probably doing it wrong. Please do not write an essay based on a character from the media. Make up your own character based upon information you have learned from your lesson in Greek mythology.

Does the character have any brothers or sisters? (Made up or from actual Greek mythological characters)
Does the character have a spouse or partner? (Made up or from actual Greek mythological characters)

What does the character look like?
Where did the character live?
Does the character have any special powers or skills?
What was the character’s personality like?
Is the character a god or goddess of something?
What symbols are associated with the character?
How did the character die?
What myths is this character involved in?
**Did this character help teach a lesson or explain something?
Conclusion
Give a brief summary of the character based on what you have presented in your essay, and tie it back to your introduction. As you might see, your entire essay is “tied together” in a neat bundle of coherent information. End your essay with the moral or lesson we can learn from your made-up character
Avoid presenting new information about your character in the conclusion. Your conclusion is a summary!
Avoid personal reflection statements in your conclusion, such as:
“In researching this character, I have learned that…”
“As we can see, this character’s lessons for us are…”
“In conclusion…” or “To summarize…”
Formalities
At the beginning of your essay in the top left hand corner, include your full name, professor name, course name, code, and section, and date submitted.
Give your essay a descriptive title.
Please do not use a title page or pictures, graphics, or photographs.
Look over the rubric that will be used to mark the report; it will give you a good idea of what is expected.
Use paragraphs and check your spelling and grammar before submitting the report.
Don’t wait until the last minute to start writing the report. It will probably take longer than you think!.

At the end of your essay, please indicate the number of words found in the text of your essay. Your essay should be a maximum of 500 words, and you begin losing marks for word count at more than 575 words and less than 425 words.

Organizational
Climate

There are two parts to this assignment – the
personal reflection and the scholarly analysis.

Part
1 – Pulse-taking: Organizational Climate

For this week, you are using a mental filter to assess
your organization. You want to “see” what people are doing, and
become aware of issues that may interfere with productivity or relationships. In
organizations, you should be able to “take the pulse” of your organization
through observation.
For this week’s assignment select an organization that
you are most familiar with (your place of employment, a civic organization, a
community organization.)
Write a paper with the below criteria:

1. Background
a. Provide a brief background on this organization
b. Provide an explanation of why this
organization is a good fit to include in this capstone final project.

2. Select an area that you, as a leader, would
be concerned about
In this part, select one area of concern that you, as
a leader, would have (for example, employee satisfaction, training, innovation,
lack of a staff development programs, etc.) and would need to be changed.

3. Leadership Behavior and Style
Compare and Contrast the different leadership behavior
and styles that would best suit minimizing your concern. Reflect
back over the courses you have taken in this leadership program to aid you in
determining which behavior and style you would subscribe to in this scenario to
improve the organizational climate.
Save this assignment to aid you in completing your Final
Project.

Part 2 – Scholarly Articles
After you have completed Part 1 – Organizational
Climate, conduct scholarly research and analysis. These five articles will be
used for References page and in-text citations for the final
project.
Using EBSCOhost, explore the leadership literature
regarding ethical codes, professional misconduct, and leadership approaches
that relate to your Part 1- Organizational Climate.

Find at least three
articles published within the past five years for this annotated
bibliography.

Your task is to prepare an annotated bibliography of
these three articles.
An annotated bibliography consists of the APA
style citation of the article, a brief overview of the authors’ credentials, a
summary of the article, and your notes about how this article is useful (i.e.
how you intend to apply the information you gleaned).
Remember that our underlying objective is for you to
become familiar with the current literature of the field (as a professional
must do to keep abreast of current trends), and to apply what you have learned.
The annotated bibliography should be approximately 5

Imagine that you have been allowed to choose the speaker for
your commencement at ASUB (or other). Use understanding from the chapter, quiz,
and video to help you properly introduce your chosen speaker. Your introduction
should be no more than 90 seconds. An introduction can be concise and can still
be packed full of rich information.
Time Limit: 90 seconds
Purpose: The assignment calls each student to learn how to properly
research and effectively deliver short, rich, persuasive material appropriate
for honoring a guest speaker.

In an 8-10-page paper, students will be required to explore challenges in public health at both national and global levels. Students should choose a contemporary public health issue facing both the United States and another country. The paper should identify documented social determinants of the public health issue for each country and describe at least three essential public health services that are currently in place to address this issue across both countries, specifically discussing their strengths and limitations.
