What is it like to be a minority in a social setting, a work environment, or simply when in a public place?

Here is a screen print of the assingment due. I am also attaching the rubric.
What is it like to be a minority in a social setting, a work environment, or simply when in a public place? For some, this is an everyday experience, and it is important for social workers to comprehend what this might be like. To have a better understanding of this experience and to learn more about different cultures, social workers need to actively seek out diverse experiences.
Before pursuing such experiences, social workers must critically reflect on their own social identities and culture. Social identity is based on the social construction of different identity categories. For example, society constructs race by dividing people into groups based on skin color, and then culture emerges through intragroup interaction. While social workers strive for cultural competence, the profession recognizes that having a complete knowledge of culture is never achievable. Instead, social workers must strive for cultural humilitythe idea that clients are the experts of their culture and that the social worker needs to work from a position of openness to continually learn about culture. You are encouraged to practice cultural humility as you engage in this assignment.
To prepare, consider your social identity based on race/ethnicity, religion, socioeconomic status, gender, sexual orientation, age, and/or ability. Visit a social activity or public space in which the majority of people are from a social identity different from your own.
Submit a 2- to 3-page paper in which you draw from the assigned resources to critically reflect on the experience of being a minority in a specific situation.
The Assignment should address each of the following points:
Describe the experience.
Reflect on the experience and consider:
What were your preconceptions or expectations before the experience?
What were your reactions to, thoughts about, and/or emotional responses to the experience?
What did you gain or learn from this experience?
Explain privilege in relation to this social identity.
Apply concepts and material from this weeks resources to the experience.

It is an enduring problem for students of leadership and scholarship in leadership ethics. Explain some of the crucial class, demographic and social differences that framed how people lived in Europe prior to the First World War.

In crafting your response consider the following questions and prompts:
Explain some of the crucial class, demographic and social differences that framed how people lived in Europe prior to the First World War. Analyze the distinctions between the various classes: upper (aristocrats) middle (industrialists, bankers, shopkeepers, professionals), and lower (peasants, laborers, workers). Then, connect these class differences to a discussion of the main ideologies and their impact on the political landscape of this period (namely, nationalism, liberalism, and socialism). From these class and social distinctions, why is it clear that socialism and revolutionary movements were popular among the lower classes? What differences were there in the various countries, and why? Finally, close your answer with a consideration of migration: why did so many immigrate from Europe to Australia, the US, Canada, etc., in this era? Be sure to draw on and cite specifically from the weeks readings in your answer, making sure to include our primary source readings from Stefan Zweig and Adam Laboda in your response.
