In this assessment, you
will select ONLY ONE of the following cases and write a 2400-3000, APA formatted paper analyzing
the problem and offer solutions.
Remember that
regardless of the case you select, you MUST apply the theories, methods,
topics, and principles you have learned in your courses. While the problem
presented in each case differs, they all represent topics covered in your
courses.
Case Studies: Each of
the following case studies includes a problem on which you will write your
paper. While the first four cases are applicable to any degree options, the
last four cases are recommended for certain degree options as indicated in
parentheses. For example, if you are a doctoral student in the Global Business
and Leadership program, you can either select one of the first four cases or
case #5. You can download the case you selected at the bottom of this page.

Please ensure to read
your selected case before you start writing your paper. Your CCA paper must
consist of the following four areas:
1. Problem: Define the
problem presented in the case study. What is the specific problem to be
addressed in the case study? What are the underlying causes of the problem? Why
did it occur in the first place?
2. Background: Provide
a background of the problem. What has been said, researched, or documented
about this type of problem in the industry? How common is this problem in the
industry? What are some practices and approaches taken by organizations facing
a similar problem? Use journal articles, press releases, corporate reports, and
any data you can find on the topic.
3. Solutions: Now that
you have identified the problem and provided background, you will present
solutions and justify them. What solutions can you offer? Why did you decide on
these solutions? How feasible are your solutions? How can you ensure your
solutions will address this problem? What methodology or structure are you
going to follow to implement these solutions? How are you going to implement
your solutions? What are some drawbacks or limitations of your solutions in
addressing the problem?
4. Conclusions:
Rephrase your problem and its impact. Briefly explain the background and
existing practices. Summarize your solutions and their implications for the
industry.
In addition to having
these four sections, your paper must meet the below formatting criteria:
2400-3000 words (8-10
pages) excluding the cover page and references.
APA 7th style
formatted, double-spaced, Times New Roman, 12 pt.
At least 10
peer-reviewed sources (You may use online sources, but they are not
peer-reviewed)
