Character Development and Scenrios

I need an intresting character created that is calm and collected most of the time. He needs a good backstory, describe his upbringing, facial features, voice. he is brand new to the city and is excited to meet people. he had to leave his previous city after he heard of his long lost brother has been spotted in Los Santos
He is immersed in a crazy city GTA style city where there are many people to interact with
Here are the questions i need answered.

What type of character do you intend to roleplay?

Police pull you over and order you out of the car at gun point, however your character hasn’t done anything illegal that you know of, how do you react?

Based on the character created elaborate on this scenerio, the officer pulling over is another player (real person).
You wake up at the apartments, walk out of the apartments and are held up at gunpoint by someone you don’t know, what do you do?

The gunman is again another player in the city, based on the character you created what would he do. describe the scenreo, please be creative. the more interaction/dialogue between the two the better

You were just robbed at gunpoint, upon reporting the situation to the police, you see them chasing the individuals that robbed you, you see an opportunity to stop that chase, how do you react?
Again the robber is a real person in the city, what would the character do ? seek vengence, cooperate… the more interaction/dialogue between the two the better

Youre a sloth and you run into a frog. What do you do?
