Please describe in your own words how you might approach constructing a
portfolio that hedges against climate risk. Please talk about (i) the selection
of the hedge target; (ii) the selection of the hedge assets; and (iii) how you
might combine these assets to hedge the target.

Question 3: (20 points, about 150 words total)
Please describe one mechanism through which climate change may affect
other non-climate risks, such as the risk of pandemics
