Students are to author a minimum 4-page review of the book
Clinician’s Guide to LGBTQIA+ Care.
Potential topics to include:
Overview of the book
Implications for the careers of health care providers (you may include your own)
Discuss the role of cultural safety in working with LGBTQIA+ populations.
Discuss how to address stigma in education and care.
What issues do intersex, tans, and asexuals face?
How can do our best to create better educational programs and healthcare for
LGBTQIA+ populations.
Note that this is a formal book review. Do not use “I statements.”
