Find the Values statement of an existing organization and Build a Code of Ethics and Conduct that stands in line with the values statement of the company. The codes must reflect somehow the five principles of Emotional Intelligence. When finished explain why and how are that the codes built going to impact the emotional intelliegence of the company.
