Art Appreciation Presentation
Comic books or graphic novels as art (focus in on a particular artist or character)
You will create an annotated bibliography for the Art Appreciation Project. In addition to the source you identified in the Art Appreciation Project Outline, you will find four additional scholarly or academic sources for a total of five. These sources will be the building blocks for your presentation, so be sure to spend time searching for sources, reading critically, and evaluating the relevance of each source.
For each source, provide the following.
The APA style reference
A one-paragraph summary of the relevant sections of the article written in your own words
A one-paragraph assessment of its overall quality and relevance to your presentation topic
The major requirements are as follows.
It must be a high-quality, visually appealing presentation approximately 8–10 minutes in length, accompanied by audio or audiovisual narration.
Evidence of source use from the annotated bibliography is shown in both the slides themselves, including a references slide, and in the narration. In other words, you must demonstrate how the sources you annotated in Week 5 have informed the ideas you have expressed in the presentation. All sources listed in the references must be cited at some point in the presentation.
A recommended organizational structure for the presentation is as follows.
Title, name, class, date
Presentation overview (main points to be covered, thesis)
Body of presentation consisting of four to five visually appealing slides focusing in on those main ideas and supporting the thesis
Conclusion

Tips for Great-Looking Slides
Let the images of the artwork you are focusing on take center stage.
Use short snippets of text, as brief as a few words, to refer to ideas you have learned from your research, and expound upon those ideas in your narration. When it comes to text on slides, less is more!
