The Situation: Internet Service Provider – The Eureka Testing Services Project
A corporate customer, Eureka Testing Services, has been making numerous phone calls to the call
center for assistance. Their company is in the business of running high-stakes, online examinations
for university entrance requirements. They called in to your company to complain about the internet
being out of service and therefore, they are unable to deliver any tests. This disruption has resulted
in test candidates being turned away and having to postpone the test dates. Some candidates
need test results urgently so they are upset that the test date has been delayed. This corporate
customer has also been complaining about the slow response to their requests for immediate
assistance. You are the manager of the Technical Services Centre.
You need to write an email to your Company Director about this situation where the client had
internet services disrupted and why it occurred. You should say what you found in your
investigation and how you will avoid this problem again in the future.
Please provide the following information:
